Food was good, service was a little slow from our server who didn’t really check on us even though it wasn’t that busy. There are too many spicy food options, even the ketchup for my fries was spicy.

We got there at 7:10 for our 715 ation. We ordered an appetizer it came at 8:05 when the food came out mine was cold. I sent it back. She said she would take it off and get me a new one. The second one did not come with the correct pasta. She didn’t take it off and the manager came over to argue with me. I have been there many times and I’ve been very satisfied but this time it was the worst service and the worst managing. It’ll be a while before I get enough nerve to go back.

We are regulars and even though we repeat orders, I am always surprised how good it is. For me it’s the zoodle option that makes me so happy as I am lo carb and don’t eat pasta. The salad and “boards” are fun too. Drinks are great too!

I've always enjoyed North. Maybe it was just an "off" night. My friend and I shared a salad and appetizer meatballs and eggplant Parm. Nothing wowed us. The butter cake for dessert was excellent though.

My wife & I had a nice time. She forgot her scarf as we were leaving, and they called us so that we could turn around and fetch it before we went all the way home. Good thing I reserved through Open Table, so they had my phone number.

Dining at North Italia is always a positive experience. The food is consistently delicious. Our waitress Nancy was so sweet and attentive. We were celebrating an anniversary and she made it feel special.

Great food choices and a good atmosphere with a very nice waiter. Simple 10 salad was a perfect choice for 2 to share, paired with the Strozzapreti (outstanding) and the Braised Short Rib Lumache. Had a hard time deciding on the wine and was pleasantly surprised when I was given the option to taste (up to 3) so I could pick. Will definitely be returning.

Out server Sarah made our birthday celebration with the family memorable and quite enjoyable. The food was also very good as well for the entire family to enjoy. We had the best of times.

I’ve been here many times but tonight was just not very good. Appetizer. And salad came out at the same time as entrees. Wine we ordered never arrived so when our entrees came out we asked for someone to check on wine order. I requested no cheese on my pasta but it arrived coated in cheese. It was remade for me but that’s such a waste. All of the staff are very nice. The side patio near the mall entrance is somehow not as nice as the large patio out front. Maybe it’s the lack of high top tables?

The service was outstanding! The food, on the other hand, the food was just okay. My sister got the Squid Ink pasta was way over spiced. I thought she was going to passout from the reaction she had to it. Anyway, our food server was awesome and got her a replacement that was edible. I got the Spicy Vodka pasta. It was mildly spicy and better after I added crushed red pepper to it. The only thing I didn't like was the Italian sausage in it. They were cubed, not ground or sliced and, somehow, they didn't seem cooked right. Whatever the case, they were dry. I ended up eating the pasta and leaving them in a pile in the bowl. I highly recommend the gelato. I got a scoop of chocolate and caramel. Both were really good.

The prices won’t break the bank, and it’s super welcoming for groups. We had a blast with our party of seven—definitely a go-to for a fun meal out!

Went for brunch. Fried eggs were so over cooked the yolk was solid. I sent it back and the new eggs were just as overcooked. I only ate one because I was starving. The server still charged me for the eggs.

We love the North Italia in El Segundo and wanted to try this one. It’s beautiful inside. Much nicer than the El Segundo one. The food does not taste the same though. Not sure what’s different between the two in the preparation, but there’s no denying it. The appetizers, main courses and the dessert were all good, but not as good/fresh tasting as el Segundo. Service was great. Our server was lovely.

Great service by all employees especially the front staff! We were greeted by multiple people and even met one of the managers! She was very attentive to our toddler but not overbearing which is always nice! We will be back

Great service and delicious food. Small salad and soda (no alcohol) for $40 is ridiculous.

They offer a grilled bread & oil menu option - fine, but that is the ONLY bread option…….no self respecting Italian restaurant would serve pasta - especially a ‘famous’ Bolognese without providing bread to sop up the ‘famous’ sauce. Your Nona would not approve.
