Food was excellent as always. Service was OK. Had to ask for water refills, and gave up asking for the second time. Wait was long to ask for dessert menus and to place the order.

I met with a client/friend for a meal. Despite arriving earlier than planned, we were seated promptly. We were attended to in a professional and friendly manner. The food was delivered timely and was delicious! We were allowed to complete our meal/meeting without disruption. The dining experience was terrific!

This was my third time at the restaurant and second for brunch. Overall, it’s a nice place. The banana coffee cake is a must have if you like sweets. I had the short rib lumache today. The cream sauce was delicious and short ribs were tender and flavorful; however, one minor complaint, the dish was a bit salty. And that’s coming from someone who almost always adds salt to her food. My bellini was just ‘okay’, maybe the brand of champagne/proseco or not enough peach purée. Me and my guests probably would’ve enjoyed ourselves a bit more if we hadn’t spend the entire meal swatting at two very persistent bugs, one gnat and one fruit fly. I realize bugs are a part of nature and I fully expect them when I dine outdoors; however, it was gross and irritating to have them invading our table indoors. Last, but certainly not least, our server, Michael, was exceptional. Friendly, funny, and attentive without being obtrusive.

Been to North Italia several times but unfortunately this time it was disappointing. Meatballs and short rib turned out too salty. Dishes took too long to arrive. My pasta dish was overcooked. Step it up North Italia, I know you can do better.

Our food was very tasty but I took a star off because our meatballs were almost cold in the middle and clearly reheated. But their flavor was excellent. The eggplant appetizer and arugula salad were also delicious. Our waiter was outstanding! I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. He took such good care of us and even gave us a choice of free dessert just because we were celebrating friendship. We had a lovely lunch.
