The food was just okay. Service was very slow. Silverware was dirty. There were several bugs and flies in our booth. Didn’t enjoy the dining experience.

We love North Italia and have gone there for special get togethers for the past 4 years. The last 2 times we've gone the service has been really slow. It was busy on Easter, so we understood. But yesterday we went and it was not busy at all and service was again really slow. The food took a long time to come out and then waiting on parmesan cheese to put on our pasta took a long time. The food is delicious but a bit pricy. For 4 of us, no alcohol and 3 of us just drank water, the bill was over $150 before tip. I know everything is more expensive these days so not blaming the restaurant, we'll just go less often. Sometimes the pasta portions are generous and sometimes skimpy, so you never know if it will be enough to share or not until it arrives at your table. My MIL ordered coffee with her brunch and then asked for a refill. We didn't realize it was $5 per cup until we got the bill! That was our fault but we never thought it could be that much. We do still love the food and ambiance but will not go there as often at those prices and knowing the wait could be long even when it's slow. If you go, try the white truffle garlic bread. It's pricy at $15 but delicious!

The food was mediocre and the service was lacking. We spent half our meal with empty drinks. It was also uncomfortably loud.

A repeat customer; we love their patio. This visit we waited over 10 minutes before the waiter came and asked what we’d like to drink; not extremely friendly and very slow, even after taken.

One of the worst 3 experiences of my life. Food took 50 minutes to arrive… Then, at 50 minutes, they notified one of our 6 that they were out of GF pizza crust…. Half of us got food, but it was cold, no doubt because it’d been made 40 minutes prior while they were waiting on the pizza. When the manager came out, a server came up to her and said their table hadn’t received their food, and it’d been an hour. Our entire experience was a disaster. Food took 90+ min, and we’ll never go back.

It was Mother’s Day… all restaurants are challenged on a big holiday. The food was good as always but the service was incredibly slow. I still like them, and will go back, but not for a holiday gathering

Their meatballs and Riesling being me back everytime!! I brought my mom and sisterinlaw for a little late mothers day lunch. They enjoyed every moment the setting, the drinks and the meatballs. Our server Kane was awesome of course. Only thing I would say is they need a gentle fan to keep a breeze blowing as a few gnats were bothersome and landed on our food
