Our server was terrific. The only problem was that we had a reservation for our family of 5 at 6:00 and the reservation wasn't ready and we had to wait 30 minutes for a table.

We booked a reservation for Mother’s Day for 4:30. I’ve eaten at the one near John Wayne Airport in CA plenty of times so we knew the good would be good. We arrived early and the check-in process was seamless. There were open tables but we were seated closer to our reservation time. The calamari tasted like it came from a box. It had a different batter and it looked , and tasted like it was deep-friend calamari “rings” only. The entrees (Chicken Pesto, Ricotta Camarillo & Bolognese) were delicious. The bar was a little behind but the Veni Vidi Vici never disappoints and the Cab Iconoclast were worth the wait.

Just average overall. Would have been happier going to our neighborhood Italian restaurant, though I did enjoy the atmosphere.

Service from waitress and food were great. Manager approached the table a couple of times and was rushing us to make decisions, not the kindest.

This was a business dinner, and there were several issues. There were 5 of us and we were sat in the corner in a booth for 10. The waitress was nice but couldn’t hear and when we ordered we had several issues. A salad was ordered that had blue cheese on it, when that was not listed on the menu. We asked for a side of grilled bread, since we had the chef board earlier, and was given the appetizer first and then just sliced bread, the dessert drinks came after we ordered 4 desserts. Overall I was not impressed.

Overall we had a pleasant experience. Though our server seemed to be very confused throughout the entire night. She got my husband’s order wrong. Then she offered to still put the order in so we can have it to go, but forgot to do so and was so confused as to why we were still at our table after having paid for our check. We will come back, but we hope that we will have a better experience with a different server.

Service was horrible. Ordered a side dish that never came. The waitress forgot our iced tea until we reminded her 3 different times.

Restaurant was very hot and loud. It took over an hour for our food to be delivered and they were out of a few things at 7 pm. Our server was fantastic but kitchen having a hard time and after an hour wait brought a salad ordered with chicken.. without chicken. Just an off night I think.

Food was great. Prices reasonable. Our waiter was very friendly, but clearly not an experienced waiter. Too many mistakes to list. He was trying, just needs more experience (a lot more).

Extremely slow service and food was dry and felt like it might have been sitting except for the dessert… it was really good. I’ve always liked North Italia, yet it was just okay this time.

This restaurant is physically nice and our server was excellent. However, the parking is ridiculous at the Galleria and adds $10 to your outing because of it. If the food choices and quality of the food was better, I would recommend it anyway, but the food quality is at best average and there's not a lot of interesting choices on the menu.

I love this new location! It's comfy, the food is as great as ever, the servers are exceptional, every time, and the atmosphere is beautiful and lively, but not too noisy. The hostesses are very kind and welcoming with their bright. Warm smiles! On thus visit, Jaman served us wyh fabulous, attentive and knowledgeable service. We had the salmon, pasta in vidka sauce, grilled bread, arugula salad, chocolate and vanilla bean gelato, and it was all super yummy! Jamás even brought us chocolate covered rice treats for on top of the ice cream!

We usually go to North at Legacy West for our birthday celebrations. We decided to try the new Galleria location and it did not disappoint. Alejandro and the entire team were terrific! Can’t wait to go back!

We moved here after their Plano location became so busy it was getting too hard to get a place without planning a long time ahead… What we especially love about North Italia is the combination of casual atmosphere with an excellent service and a really fresh food. It creates a perfect environment for gatherings and we always end up having a great night here! Love their sangria, SALADS, bruschetta and pizzas, but really there are so many options and you can’t go wrong. They also offer a lot of gluten free options.

We love the new location at the Dallas Galleria. The brunch was so good...those potatoes are tasty! We celebrated a birthday and sat outside which was perfect. So glad to have North here in midtown!

You can tell it's a new 'opening' for North Italia. Still a little rough around the edges on service. And three hostesses struggled to get the reservations seated. Assume the kinks will get worked out

Clearly still working out the kinks at this new location. Server was inattentive. She would spend long periods of time at one table and not recognize that the items we ordered were not coming to the table. Drinks took very long to receive. Appetizer didn’t show until after our entrees and the wine we ordered didn’t arrive until til after we were done eating eating.

Our server was delightful and informative. Everyone enjoyed their dishes. My margarita pizza was soggy. Too much olive oil. We loved the patio!

This location just opened at the Galleria - literally minutes from home. The concept/food/service/ambiance is so good we used to drive to the Legacy West location (~20 minute drive) or eat at the one in Austin. This location is just as wonderful. Same great food and service. The only issue I have is that the noise level can get a bit high when they're busy which can make it challenging if you're having a business lunch or even to have a conversation with more than two people.

The food and service was fantastic. The only complaint I have is the bar service . If you order a drink, you have to wait at least 30 minutes for it , super slow. Definitely, they need more training.

We had a wonderful experience at North Italia for dinner. The service was over the top. The menu has a great variety of things, including wonderful pizzas. Food was delicious, make sure you try the Shrimp Scampi appetizer. The cocktail menu is creative and has a number of cool specialties. We had a terrific evening and will be returning often!
