It's a good option for Italian but not necessarily one of the better Italian restaurants I've been to. It's not cozy or relaxing - has a bit of a loud, cafeteria-like feel. Portions are reasonable but the service is really bare and a little lacking. Overall, a little underwhelming as a special occasion dining experience. I would say this is a better option for business lunches than family or social outings. Still would recommend trying as the food was good.

North is normally so consistent and delicious but this Mother’s Day experience was not up to par, sadly :( The chicken pesto pasta, which I love and always order, was delicious. The new shrimp scampi appetizer with grilled bread was also very yummy! However the pork Milanese and the fried calamari, were over fried and too oily in my opinion. The service was also pretty slow but the sever was lovely and friendly, despite being in the weeds.

We came here for Mother’s Day yesterday. I have been to their other location twice so I decided I wanted to try the 2nd Street location. It did not disappoint. From the ease of parking in the garage to the spacious restaurant with lots of natural light to the spectacular food that came in generous proportions, it was perfect. Then add in our waiter, Sterling, who is one of the most attentive and personable waiters I have experienced in a really long time. He made the dining experience extra special on so many levels. Thank you!!! The 2nd Street North Italia is now my location of choice. ❤️

Great dinner with my husband and our two kids. Waitress was a little slow getting to us , although she was right there- But she was pre occupied setting a table for a party of 20. I finally got up to ask her about a waiter not knowing she WAS our waitress. After that- service was excellent! Food was very good and came out perfectly. We ordered bruschetta and the Burrata- both very good (I liked the Burrata the best.). Last time we ordered the calamari which was ! I ordered the prosciutto pizza and my family ordered pasta- the Bolognese and the meatball pasta- they all raved about how good. Great dinner for a special occasion family dinner!

I got the spicy vodka noodles and they were absolutely delicious I just wish the portion was bigger. My sister got the chicken pesto and she also absolutely loved it. We got a MARGHERITA pizza to share and it was alsoooo delicious. Loved my experience we will definitely be back!

We went during the weekend and were seated right at our reservation time. Everything we had was delicious! We started off with the grilled bread and burrata. Both highly recommend. My son also had the beef carpaccio and loved that as well. We ordered for our mains: pasta vodka, bolognese and Margarita pizza green and white which is a delicious pesto you can add on pizza. We also ordered two desserts including the caramel custard and the beignet type of doughnut. Both were too good.

The food is great, the service is not great, our server was not interested in our table. I put in the Open Table app that we would like a Table and that it was my Daughter's Birthday. We did not get a table and no mention that it was my daughter's Birthday, most nice restaurants generally make an effort to wish a Happy Birthday.

The best charcuterie boards! The chicken pesto was delicious. Service was outstanding but I don’t need to be told over and over how busy the kitchen is. I never complained about how long it was taking for food to come out. I was totally enjoying the ambiance of the place. Can’t wait to go again.

I love everything about North Italia. The food is tremendous, the staff was nice and welcoming, and the ambiance was superb. I think the pricing is a great value for the quality. It’s become one of my favorite restaurants in town. Highly recommend if you enjoy delicious Italian food!

The quality of food and drink did not match the price point. Their “craft cocktails” had loose ice and were overly sweetened (I had their old fashion). They chilled their red wine (that we paid $155 for). The food was not great and the portions were abysmal. I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant.

Restaurant was very accommodating. On Easter Sunday, they were able to increase our reservation to 8 people. Very gracious when we arrived. Great table. Toasted bread with olive oil & balsamic vinegar was delicious. Very good experience.

It was a Sunday Brunch after a weekend of fun and pub crawls. North Italia was so relaxing. The service was personable and knowledgeable. We shared cacio pepe arancini, ceaser salad, and a spicy vodka rigatoni. Everything was off the charts. Their red sauce was so delicious and the pasta so fresh. We loved it so much we took a pizza home for dinner.

My party and I had a great time and meal in a pleasant environment. Our service was exceptional and we thank our server Brittany B. She was so helpful to us to understand the menu and made our experience wonderful.

Came here for a friend’s birthday dinner, the vibes were so nice. We ordered our food which was heavenly, some of the best pasta I have had in awhile. The only critique I would have was the service, the server would take 15-20 minutes to come back to the table and check on us which felt like an eternity. My friend did get free dessert and she decided on the tiramisu, I kid you not, best tiramisu I have had so far. Definitely would come back!

Had a delicious lunch here today. All four of us loved our entrees. Finished with the Italian donuts. Scrumptious.

Always fabulous service and delicious food and sparkling wine. We meet for lunch every few weeks, service is very good. The cacio de pepe arancini balls are delicious! New item, Marinara sauce is extra but tasted better with this dish.

Everything was fine, no real complaints other than the food took forever. We waited 40 mins for appetizers and then another 50 mins for our food. I waited 35 mins for one glass of Prosecco. The waiter indicated the kitchen was slow this particular evening, so there was some explanation. Don't know that we will return, shall see.

It took forever to get our wine. Three of us finally got our drinks the fourth person waited another 10 minutes for her prosciutto

Italian farm salad was maybe the best salad that I’ve ever had. I’ve been twice and both times I was very impressed by the food.

We ordered 3 small plates to share for 2 people, as we were not in position to take home leftovers. This was a perfect amount for us. The food was very good and our server was most accommodating. I have never been here but will certainly return should I be in the neighborhood to attend a concert in the future.
