Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

Their food is absolutely amazing. I've only ever had one item I didn't like. The burnt ends are to die for! I love that the tables are nice and spread out on the patio, with heaters for when it is cool, but I do wish there was a nicer view. Nothing they can do about that though. I also would love if they covered the patio so they could keep it open in case of rain. It's my favorite restaurant in Nashville based on the food alone. Service is always great, too. Price is a bit high to go regularly, but definitely great for special occasions!

They made my graduation celebration so much fun and filled with delicious food! Our server was phenomenal and the teamwork was amazing! They paced out the food perfectly. Will always 10/10 recommend Noko!

an absolutely magical 21st birthday!! we’d never been to noko before, but i had heard great things and wanted something asian. i honestly can’t remember the name of our server but he was perfect and deserves a crazy raise. anyways, it’s just such a fun experience for a special occasion. we snacked on a bunch of different dishes and got to try so many different flavors and vibes. the crispy rice thing was so dang good, and we loved the fries. the waiter was such a sweet guy and even dropped off a couple dishes on the house!! i also tried the lychee drink (as a legal 21 year old that i now am ;) and it was delicious. anyways all around the food was insane and the service was even better. i work at another fine dining restaurant in nashville and our care for guests doesn’t even come close. you guys are so intentional and thoughtful. we will absolutely be recommending it and coming back!!

We celebrated our daughter's birthday at Noko on the patio. The experience was Fabulous! Excellent food and drinks served by a wonderful staff! The patio was really dreamy with soft fan breezes! Nashville dining at its best! Try the Tuna on Crispy Rice and the Green Beans! So good!

Another incredible experience at Noko! Finally got to take my girlfriends here and they all loved it! We shared the tuna crispy rice, caesar salad, tuna crudo, hurricane fries, brussel sprouts, crab fried rice, and lobster bao buns. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back soon!

Our first time at NOKO but definitely not our last! Everything about it was good but learning how well they treat their employees made it even better. Full time employees get health insurance, paid vacation, and much more. The only negative is how hard it is to get a reservation. We've already booked two more but many weeks down the road. And thanks to one of the owners, Jon Murray, for a cell phone message thanking us for coming....has anyone ever received a thank you call directly from a business owner?

Noko is one of the best restaurants in Nashville. Innovative menu and kind, knowledgeable staff. Always love going here. Can’t go wrong with any of the menu items! Look forward to coming back and trying the tomahawk.

Absolutely love this place. We brought my mom here for her 72nd birthday and she said, this is the best food I have ever eaten. My husband and I have visited Noko several times and always enjoy our meals and creative drinks.

Visited here from out of town. Amazing food and service. Absolutely get the Ube colada. The spicy tuna crispy rice was also excellent. Our favorite had to be the wagyu brisket. So tender and flavorful. Service was also great. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff remembered and provided a complimentary dessert which was fantastic as well. I only wished we lived in Nashville so we could go back!

We had LOBSTER BAO BUNS, CRAB FRIED RICE, EAST SIDE SHRIMP, HALF CHICKEN and Korean Bacon. The shrimp was our favorite. The lobster was okay. The other dishes were very good. Service was reliable. The restaurant for a Tuesday night was very loud, so hearing each other and the server was somewhat problematic. A good problem for the restaurant to have.

Noko never disappoints! Noko is my favorite restaurant in Nashville! The staff is amazing and the owners are wonderful! The food.. OMG! It’s incredible every time we go there!! There is nothing not to love about this treasure of an eatery.

Wow!! This was an amazing meal. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming- they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our experience. We sampled a variety of plates recommended by our server, Madeline—who was fantastic. You should definitely check out this restaurant.

this is my favorite restaurant in nashville! been here multiple times this year and the service is always fantastic, plus the food is incredible!!

The entire experience was perfect. The service was 5 star. We ordered a couple of things that were 86ed and the manager came to our table to offer something else and even sent out a dish I asked about but didn’t end up ordering. All the dishes were delicious, creative, and perfectly executed!

Noko is always top-notch! The food, atmosphere and service are all consistently wonderful. I haven’t lived in Nashville for 3 years, but every single time I visit I make sure to have dinner at Noko. I will continue to recommend Noko to anyone asking for the best restaurant in Nashville.

Definitely will be one of our favorite places to eat! The Brunch offerings were excellent. Try the Hamachi Crudo and Burrata; also had the Noko all star breakfast which was good. Tuna Crispy rice is also very good. The Pandan and Ube ice cream are delicious.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and anticipated needs and requests. We have dined here on many occasions and the elegance paired with a relaxed atmosphere always makes for an experience that we are willing to rush back to.
