Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

Lovely atmosphere…the food was beyond exceptional! Even received a call after dining to thank us for coming. All around class act. The crispy tuna was a big hit, I think we ordered almost everything on the menu and loved it all. Finished it up with an espresso martini!love to hear they are coming to Texas…just wish it was closer to us!

The food was incredible! Who knew Brunch would be potentially even better than their dinner? Beyond that, the wait staff was super friendly and accommodating for our parties (and two young kids). The owner checked in with every table and couldn’t have been nicer.

Brunch here was excellent!! Very creative and very flavorful food & drink options vs the boring, standard fare on most Nashville-area brunch menus. The service and ambience was above par as well! Servers were attentive but not overbearing, sound levels and overall layout and vibe was great. Hoping they’ll add brunch on Saturdays too. Planning to also come for dinner, it’s that good!

Absolutely amazing experience at Noko! Friendly service from everyone we interacted with which included the host, servers, runners and management. Great vibe and amazing food! Couldn’t recommend this place more.
