We've returned to Noe so many times for pre-theater drinks and dinner. I'm really happy to see they've re-vamped their menu a little and added some nice new items. There are some old favorites on there too - I often go for the Impossible burger or fish tacos. Service was a little slow on our visit and I do find the dining room environment a little sterile, but everyone is friendly and the food continues to be fresh and decent value.

Had an amazing dinner before the ballet at the Music Center. The cocktail was wonderful as were the Artichokes we had for starters. The attendant was very responsive and observant. The view from the dinning room was just the right amount of light and energy for the evening. Valet was only $20

Very nice overall. Excellent food, good service and nice ambience except for too-loud background music. The waiter said they could not turn it down just in the dining room because it was needed that loud in the bar. My only criticism of this restaurant is that the dishes are not always as described on the menu. For example, I would describe the Shrimp Ceviche as a Mexican Shrimp Cocktail. Another example: the Chocolate Lava Cake had a totally solid center but it was richer than the outer cake. Both of these dishes were delicious, just not what one would expect from the menu description. We also appreciated the most reasonable $20/bottle corkage fee.

Food was overpriced and meh at best. E.G., Enchiladas came out room temperature, sent them back and were nice and hot, but gelatinous texture and disappointing flavor. Server was extremely busy, but was accommodating, kind and competent. Will not go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed a pre-Disney concert dinner at Noe. They have a dining room and a lot of smaller tables in the bar area, plus outdoor seating. We ate in the bar in a room adjacent to a pianist. The food was very good and the service was excellent. It's probably a five-minute walk from the Disney Concert Hall. The food was far more sophisticated than I expected for a hotel. I heartily recommend it.

We were told that only the prix fixe meal was available, at $145. The menu had several typos, which didn't give us confidence. The waiter was not briefed as to what the menu items actually were--we asked what King Oyster Scallops were and were assured they were scallops. They were mushrooms cut to look like scallops and were hard and tasteless. The cauliflower gratin was just cut cauliflower with cheese melted on top, and the eggplant was "inedible" according to my friend. The service was extremely slow--we started dinner at 9:20 and didn't receive dessert until after midnight. We did get a nice complimentary glass of champagne, but well after midnight. I understand it was New Year's Eve, but we all expected much better for $145 a plate. To make matters worse, we saw a few burgers being served, which made us question the mandatory prix fixe. A bad experience overall.

We waited 15 minutes for water and our server as the hostess said would be right away. When neither came, we left. Fifteen minutes with no one coming to our table? What a disappointment!

My second time there. Eclectic menu with influences from many cuisines. Dishes generally well executed, with some excellent and others very good. I especially like the dishes with Asian influence. Desserts were generally good but not well described in the menu. The "flan" for example -- while delicious -- was more of a cheesecake than a traditional flan. Overall, I'd definitely go back if attending a performance at the Music Center, etc. I also give them a BIG PLUS for a reasonable corkage fee!

Me and my husband went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service by our server Evencio was extremely attentive and made our night very memorable. We get the prefixed menus for dine L.A and a bottle of Decoy merlot. The food was really good and my steak was perfectly cooked. Every person in the staff do such a great job and whenever we come back to L.A this would be a spot we’d love to revisit again!

The food was outstanding. The salmon was so tasty I kind of regretted not ordering it for myself. But the steak I did order was perfect. It was a bit too quiet, though we were there early (6 PM reservation) because we had tickets to a show at The Ahmanson. Maybe it picks up a bit later. Our server was friendly and attentive. The cocktail list was a bit "basic" so we decided to just do wine. The wine list was fine. I ordered the Franciscan Cabernet Savignon which was served in a white wine glass. That was a bit off putting but the wine was fine. My companion ordered the Whispering Angel rosé and was pleased. Overall it was a nice experience. Would've been better if the atmosphere was a bit livelier and my wine had been served in the proper glassware.

We read so many good reviews but the service was poor and they gave us the wrong bill. It took so long to solve that we ended up being late for our show at the theaters nearby. If you have many hours free, then timing is fine. Food was ok, but would go somewhere else instead.

Everything was great, expect I think our food order was lost. Server brought out chips to tide us over. Once the food arrived, we only had 10 minutes to eat before we had to leave for out show.

Made reservations for my Birthday, and had a lovely experience. The ambiance was great and food was amazing. Our waitress Lucero was so kind, on time, and gave us the best customer service, I can say the best TLC! Great place to dine with a great view and great staffing. Overall a wonderful experience! The Street Tacos had been sitting on the counter because the tortilla was wet and shredded apart when I picked it up. The meat was tough, but tasty, and was presented with a hunk of avocado and a disc of a radish thrown on top. It was a huge mistake of an order. My husband ordered the salmon, and it was great, but he's not writing this review. I am. And I was hugely disappointed.

Nothing special about this restaurant. We told them that we needed to be out in 90 minutes to make a show but the food was not right and service was slow. The waiter was very polite. I think it was the kitchen. No need to go back. Too many great places near by.

They sat us, and then forgot we were there for a while, so it wasn’t a great start. After that, though, the service was good. The food was very lackluster, except for our kids mac & cheese, which was very yummy. We were seeing a show at the Ahmenson, I probably wouldn’t go there again, unless I couldn’t find anything else.

Amazing customer service! Especially attentive staff. The menu might seem limited, but what we ordered off the menu was excellent. We also had the chefs special which was not on the menu and was prepared exactly as described by our server. It was amazing. We sat in the lounge and where pleased to listen to Rick the piano player, play the classics, and all requests. If you’re looking for a great dinner spot in downtown Los Angeles. This is the place.

The menu is considerably smaller than I remember from a few years ago. The strip steak I ordered was tough and over cooked and overpriced. The street tacos my wife had were good, as was the dessert — the flan cheesecake. The wine was moderately priced. But I had such good memories of how good this restaurant used to be, I was very disappointed.

A restaurant should either be Open or Closed.. not some ugly hybrid. It felt like dining in a meeting room. Noe is generally a nice space but when set up with black tablecloths and a napkin roll, it lacked any kind of ambiance and the wait-staff behaved accordingly. Very dissappointed for an important business dinner.

Service was excellent. Problem was the noise level- so bad you could talk to the person you were with.
