Any Nobu location is always sure to please for food and service. The Paris hotel location is unique being more open to the Le Boulevard shopping area so it feels a bit more energetic and more casual than most of their other locations. This is the only time I’ve dinged them down to 4 stars due to a cross-contamination with a food allergy sufferer in my group who had to rush out shortly after dinner for antihistamine meds. I’m sure it was a fluke and it won’t stop us from returning.

I recently visited Nobu with my husband for our anniversary, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, our waiter was very rude and seemed extremely angry. When I asked him about it, he simply said he was not in a good mood and that he was always like that. This set a negative tone for the entire evening. The service was poor, and despite the food being quite expensive, we didn’t enjoy it much. We had mentioned to the waiter that it was our anniversary, but he didn’t seem to care at all, which was surprising for a fine restaurant. Overall, the experience was very unsatisfactory, and we will never go back there again.

Well the food was mediocre for nobu. Service of our dishes was good but I couldn’t eat one of them-this fried mayo dish on The signature menu that both of us thought was not great. They didn’t offer to bring me something else and they forgot a refill on my husbands soda. Also the dishes were rushed and a couple pieces of the fish were slightly fishy. Not worth almost $500

This was the worse Nobu I ever experienced. This is NOT standard Vegas level restaurant. People were wearing shorts and pajamas in the restaurant for dinner. They should warn you that this is a strip mall version of NOBU. The one in Caesar’s Palace is the one you want. Not this one.

Fantastic food. I love this restaurant. The jalapeno tuna was superb. I love the miso black cod and the 2 tempura shrimp dishes were great. I go to this restaurant every time I am in Vegas. Cant wait until the one opens in New Orleans.

Food so small cup of rice $7 daughter’s birthday gave us ice cream with candle to blow we still get charge no complimentary whatsoever for birthday celebrant paid $295 for 6 orders for 3 people end up going to Mc Donald’s on the way home noisy we can’t hear our conversation at all never going back here
