Very disappointed with the look and feel of such a world famous family of restaurants. I’ve been to several other locations in Manila, Antigua and NY. This was the worst.

Awesome food, but semi overpriced being Vegas. You can get a great meal that the Omakase, which is what I did; but dang it was good.

Excellent food! High quality ingredients and the presentation was beautiful. Our service person was so good. I’d come here again. We ordered the signature meal . A beautiful food journey.

The food was amazing and the server was Excellant. The lobster Caesar was the best Caesar salad we had ever tasted. Also sampled the spicy tuna and crispy rice and the black cod. Highly recommend!

The sushi was very fresh and melted in your mouth as expected. But the cod with miso was truly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

Way overpriced for what you get. They are famous for their miso cod but the actual fish was fishy and the miso glaze was overly sweet and did not live up to the hype. The sashimi and nigiri were good. Would never go back or recommend.

I've always wanted to try Nobu...you hear about it being the premier sushi restaurant in the world so when I was in Vegas for the weekend this was the first choice for dinner. I tried to get a reservation at the location at Ceasar's Palace but it was completely full. When I found out there was another spot at Paris, and they had openings, I jumped on it. What a disappointment. I was expecting a full menu with lots of options and what I got was a choice of about 10 rolls, and nothing new or exciting or DIFFERENT from what I'd get at a Mom and Pop-owned strip mall sushi restaurant in any state in the country. What we ordered wasn't bad--the sushi was fresh and tasted great--but for the prices and the fact that it's Nobu? It was a waste. They charge you for absolutely everything...a side of eel sauce was $5. Simple drinks like a vodka tonic started at $25. I know...Vegas....but still. If you're expecting something exciting or fancy, skip Nobu and go to a local sushi place where you live--nothing to see here!
