John at the bar was phenomenal! His menu expertise and suggestions were so helpful. Great experience besides the cigarette smoke from The casino.

We had Omakase Signature. I was expecting Japanese food but it was not. Most of the dishes were overly tart or spicy that killed flavor of fish so I couldn't tell what I was eating and I didn't taste any Umami at all. Worst experience was that a fried egg came with nigiri was molded. They replaced it but it didn't have any flavor. Sushi was also bland and barely taste. The quality of stake was not as good as a part of $200 course. Things that amazed me were a dessert and cocktails.

Nobu Paris is tiny compared to the location in Caesar’s Palace. Feels more like a walk up sushi bar but you’re paying big Nobu prices. Service was very slow and we were given two salmon dishes after telling the server we did not want salmon. Overall was disappointed with the experience

Diana was our server. She was amazing! She answered all of our questions about the history of the restaurant and really wanted to ensure we enjoyed the experience they way Chef Nobu would want us to. She made excellent recommendations on food and her knowledge of all ingredients and wine was superior! She took care of us 3 silly ladies from Texas!!

Typically, all 4 of us are big fans of Nobu, but we have always ordered off the menu. This time we went with the tasting menu and were a little dissapointed - particularly with the hot dishes. 2 of the 3 could have been picked up at P.F. Chang’s. Cold dishes and dessert were great - same quality/taste as previous experiences at the Nobu locations around LA

Absolutely the worst food I have ever had and worst service. Had to leave to get something to eat. Tuna rolls had hardly any tuna. Would suggest to go anywhere else. Worst experience in 26 years of coming to Vegas

we sat at the sushi bar and asked for a off menu roll and they stated they could not do it, only menu items. i’ve been to other sushi restaurants around the country and typically they’re able to do that. the food quality was fantastic. The sushi chef was amazing. The server was a little slow, but overall pretty good. Attire can be very casual.

I've been to Nobu, Atlantic City twice and have been blown away. I was underwhelmed with Nobu Paris. The menu looked much smaller, and the items that I've grown to love at the larger Nobu seemed to be prepared and offered differently. They also just weren't as good quality wise. Also, our server was... it just felt like she'd rather be anywhere else in the world and seemed annoyed to be working at all. Perhaps the comparison isn't fair. but to have a luxury brand like Nobu and be annoyed that we had questions and wanted to get to the table early (not earlier than our reservation, but not late) and we had enough to eat, but again, for that price point I know the meal should be incredible. I would have rather eaten at Bobby's Burgers next store to get more satisfaction.

Honestly? We were super disappointed. It felt like the restaurant was in the middle of a hallway. We were super excited and that was a let down. Then our server was rude, rushed, and just not customer service oriented at all. Food was very underwhelming. None of us were new to sushi or japanese food and we all had much better food other places. Then the kicker is our bill was incorrect, and while that isn’t a big deal if the server fixes it, but this looked like things had been manually entered with a falsely high price. So all in all, it was honestly one of the least enjoyable dining experiences any of us had ever had.

I had booked this reservation for work. Two of us are big sushi people wanting to try Nobu and two were not huge on sushi. So they were a little worried. One had ordered the beef tenderloin and the other had ordered the Caesar salad. The beef tenderloin was talked about the rest of the night about how incredible it was, how much flavor it had, how much regret my guest had sharing any of it. We went to a steak later in the week and this beef tenderloin has become the gold standard for them. My guests were iffy on going to a sushi place initially but now, they have both said, they will be back for this beef tenderloin.

The ambiance was not good compared to other locations. The server was really really rude. We came to celebrate our birthdays and as the last dish took 25 mins to come after we were done eating, we asked if we could cancel as were getting late for a show. She slammed the bill on the table and walked away. Absolutely ruined our day. We will never come back to any Nobu location going forward. We especially come all the way from Canada but never again.

Location is not the best for a Nobu, there's a lot of foot traffic and can be distracting if you are seated n a table by the entrance next to the walk way of self-parking to casino.

We were not seated until all our party arrived. Which is understandable but we could have had drinks while we waited instead of standing outside. Service was slow and not very attentive. Stayed for 2 hours had 1 round of drinks and some cold apps. Since it was so slow, we left and had dinner at another restaurant.

I thought this was an average experience. It was almost equivalent to eating in a food court. Very noisy and distracting. The service was very slow. I would not recommend.

Loud thumping music was unpleasant, food portions too small and overpriced. We were overcharged $5. which I brought to the waitresses attention, then we had to wait for a new bill. It was our anniversary and it would have been nice if our ice cream dessert was subtracted from the bill ( only$10.).

Our experience dining at Nobu, Paris, Las Vegas was excellent. Diana our server was relaxed and friendly whilst having a thorough knowledge of the menu. She provided excellent suggestions and worked with us to construct a dining experience that was perfect for us. We would thoroughly recommend Nobu as a first class restaurant perfect for any occasion.

The food and service were amazing! Loved our server and Nobu never disappoints on food! This location could step it up on seating. There was a nice bar vibe but diners had no privacy and it felt like a good court in a mall. Prices were double what we paid in Cali and Hawaii at Nobu to boot.

By far the best service we have recieved. My fiancé has a shellfish and dairy allergy and the front and back end of the restaurant worked together to give her meals she can eat. She was even able to have dessert which is a rarity for her. The food of course is second to none. Best food ever.

The food was incredible! The service wasn’t so good. Drinks took forever and server was hard to find. It feels like you’re sitting in a food court with a $$$$ price tag. The restaurant isn’t closed in and so it’s loud and doesn’t have the feel of how Nobu typically does in other locations.

We have eaten at a few Nobus. Ceasar Palace is where we usually go and was booked with a private party, so we made the mistake of going to the Paris Nobu. This is not a Nobu experience. It’s loud, the service is lack luster. They’d leave our table dirty and not clear plates between food. It was awful. Do not recommend coming here .
