Nobu Atlanta is situated at Phipps Plaza in the affluent Buckhead neighborhood. With influence from Atlanta's lush canopy of trees and Japanese arts and crafts, the bar and lounge area features a white onyx bar volume that sits in front of a 12-foot-long river rock art installation while folded cast glass pendants cast a soft glow on the bar. The dining room takes you to traditional Japanese garden pavilions that were often used for ceremonies and rituals while overscale pendants made from shoji paper create the look of elongated, abstracted paper lanterns. Design language that is a continuation of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's imaginative and innovative culinary offerings celebrates nature and is integrated through the use of different wood tones

Food is so so good. Service this time was kinda off. Weird vibes from our server that made me a bit uncomfortable and service was really slow. Waited almost 30 minutes before first dish came out and each thing took a long time. But when it did arrive it was delicious.

We had a great first time experience at Nobu. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose some amazing food and drink options.

Nobu was ok, not bad but ok. There were a couple of things that were unique and very tasty, but overall it’s overpriced. The wait staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and they warn you ahead of time that it takes awhile for the chef to prepare each dish, but it should not have taken as long as it did. Even the dessert, which was clearly premade took forever to come out. Drinks from the bar took forever also. I’ve eaten in most of Atlanta’s restaurants and for the money you can find better. I’m glad I’ve added it to my list of places I’ve dined, but I would not repeat it.

This Nobu restaurant was a nice experience. In the heart of Buckhead. It is definitely a hot spot. The server was attentive and pleasant. This Nobu is an open dining experience which is ok. I prefer more intimate like Nobu 57th. I had the scallop garlic which was a bit salty. The Miso soup was excellent. Sushi (California, salmon avocado, shrimp tempura), were delicious as usual. It is incorporated with their Hotel which is also a nice experience.

If you like sushi and raw fish, you have to try this. May change your life and ruin cheap sushi for you although for what you pay you expect the service to be a little bit more happy to be there. It’s not like they aren’t getting $50 tips per table

Service wasn’t up to par. Cauliflower came out extremely salty. They did replace it. Overall good but nothing compared to their other locations in terms of service

Overall the food was amazing. On the other hand. the service was horrible. Took 20 minutes after being sat to even have someone come talk to us. Then it took forever just to get the server to come order more food or drinks. For this price more much better going somewhere else. Like I said the food was amazing but the service is horrible.
