Experience the ultimate High Tea in Sydney at The Hills Lodge Hotel. Nestled in the scenic Castle Hill, indulge in a selection of miniature cakes, tarts, scones, ribbon sandwiches, and warm savoury pastries, all served on beautiful antique cups and saucers. Perfect for celebrating baby showers or a girls' afternoon out, especially during Winter by our cosy open fire. Minimum of two per booking Inclusions: High tea stand for two, choice of loose leaf tea, coffee and a Sparkling wine Gluten free high tea can be arranged with prior notice. Cancellation Policy: Please note that any cancellations made within 24 hours of booking date will be charged the standard full price.

As always, lovely. Thank you to Jackie, Megan and the staff for l always making us feel welcome. This is one of the many reasons this is our favourite place to eat.

Very nice vibes and home like atmosphere. Service was excellent. Food were nicely done. Great value as we joined the Accor membership and got good discount. Will definitely come back.

Nobles is a lovely restaurant where you can relax, enjoy the excellent menu in lovely surroundings. Fridays with BYO offers the best value, although corkage is $12 per bottle. The drinks menu is good but pricey at around $50 a bottle up on other nights. Nobles is not a 'cheap' restaurant but well worth a visit for a special occasion or a restaurant where you want exceptional service, quiet surroundings and delicious food. Their menu is seasonal and is updated regularly.

We love the ambiance of this restaurant and the lovely people there who look after us so well. Unfortunately we are increasingly disappointed with the food. Last night it was less impressive than a pub meal. Entrees were fatty, over-battered and tough (squid and arancini). Strip loin was very average. The $55 price was way more than this piece of steak, and the dish itself, was worth. We left and had dessert elsewhere. We are hoping things pick up, as we love to come here, but the quality of the meals have really gone downhill lately.

I would recommend anyone having brekkie or dinner in a large group to dine at Nobles. It was perfectly suited to our needs at short notice. Booking was easy and service was great. I would have however liked to see some more variety in the food options. But other than that was very happy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Nobles last night. Me and the guys enjoyed Dinner before heading out for a bucks and we’re glad we kicked things off at Nobles. The steak was delicious, and the chicken breast was cooked perfectly. The focaccia could’ve been softer. The service was great. They provided a nice surprise and delight by serving a round of drinks on the house! The food and drinks were served promptly. Will definitely be returning to Noble’s soon!

We were seated next to a large (approx 30 guest) Christmas party, possibly could/should have offered an alternative table instead of claiming we had the best table in the house. Steak very over cooked, baked mousse so over cooked it was hard to get the spoon through. No one came to take our wine order until after we’d finished our meals. Then the maitre d' was nothing short of rude when we left. Had to charge dinner to our room as they don’t accept amex yet the hotel does. They also managed to not deliver our juice in the morning with breakfast. Will not be returning to Nobles however Hills Lodge was beautiful, will stay again but will dine elsewhere.

Nobles doesn't have an extensive menu, but the food itself is presented beautifully and tastes amazing. The staff were very attentive and it's a cute little restaurant which we just love.

My husband and I dined here for the first time, we chose the 2 meal menu which was November's special of seafood linguine, bailey's panna cotta and a choice of their house wine, we chose the pinot grigio which paired wonderfully with the meal. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to dining there again

Service was poor, took way too long for someone to come and take our order and well over an hour for our food to come. i had to ask waiters twice about service, once for when our drinks were and second time about where our food was. I am an Accor staff member who is a Food and Beverage Manager, i know this is isn’t the normal Accor standard that we provide.

For entres we had the Duck and Kingfish - amazing. Mains were Salmon and Veal - also amazing. Desert was Panna Cotta and Chocolate Mouse - the mouse was sickly sweet but still enjoyable, the panna cotta tasted a bit bland. Overall lovely night - used our Accor and it was worth it.

My first date at Nobles Restaurant was fantastic! The warm reception and stunning window view set the tone. The food, from starter to dessert, was exceptionally delicious. It's great value for money, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The service was impeccable, making it a memorable experience.

I ordered the striploin, cooked to medium and it was very nice and quite tasty. However, my friend ordered the same but medium rare. You would think the steak would be more tender than mine but it was so tough, she couldn't eat it. Credit to the staff, as they took this off our final bill. My friend was very disappointed as she was looking forward to a nice meal. Overall thought, the service and food were very nice. Maybe a tad expensive for what it was but we enjoyed the evening.

Keep getting directed to the al a carte menu when we specifically asked for and called up to check that we could order from the bar menu regardless of where we were sat. Finally ordered, got our starter. 45-50 minutes went by, no check ups or drink top ups , no dinner came. ( We were the first table in the restaurant and everyone around us were fed) Ended up cancelling and going else where. Booked for a birthday dinner, pretty disappointed….

A long time favourite with good quality food and friendly service. Accorplus membership provides 50% discount on food. We love the feel of this restaurant and the hotel is pretty good too! All in all great value and good food and wine.
