The food here is very good. BUT, the time from order to receiving your order at lunch is painfully slow. Even if you show up for an early lunch, it is at least 30 minutes before your food arrives. Your wait person will be impossible to find. She takes the order and then disappears until after your food arrives. They are one of the few places left to bring a client in downtown Mpls. so they seem to be in no particular rush to care for the diner.

Great restaurant in downtown Minneapolis! Love the changing menu and had a delicious crab-crusted Walleye filet for dinner. Also friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. We will be back again to noa as its a favorite before attending the theatre.

We didn't have much for expectations, but were very pleasantly surprised. There weren't a lot of vegetarian options, but the ones that they had were very good. They do good things with cauliflower. We will very likely be back.

This was the second time I've dined at Noa, with a large group 8+. I was not satisfied with the service. We had a large table (10) and service was slow; slow to order, slow to receive plates, cutlery, and not a lot of check in for refills. It was noticeable by everyone in our party.

Preferred when chicken added to salad was warm. Cold grilled chicken wasn't all that tasty.

Service was horrible. Our server came to our table once to get our order, after that we had to track her down for additional needs and to pay the bill
