Night Shift Natick joins Level99, a challenge-based entertainment concept, located on the second floor of the Natick Mall, to bring the Best of Boston Detroit-style pizza, amazing craft beer and curated list of cocktails, wines, seltzers and spirits. The full-service taproom is open all-day. The 140 seat Beer Hall sits in the heart of the gameplay arena perfect for group dining. Counter order and pickup window make it easy to grab food and drinks while playing the rooms and arena duels.

Offering a physical open-world game environment, groups of 2-6 guests choose from over 40 rooms, each containing a physical or mental team challenge. The employees were extremely kind and accommodating. I reserved a table in the beer hall instead of the restaurant for my boyfriends birthday by accident, yet they still managed to get us into the restaurant out of pure kindness. We had an amazing night thanks to them. Our waitress was amazing and top of her game. Extremely grateful to the Night Shift employees for such a great night! Highly recommend!

Good selection of beers, appetizers and pizzas. Everything we ordered was good. Really nice place inside the Natick mall. Great for get together with friends and family (would not recommend with younger kids). Overall great experience. Service was very attentive.

We made a reservation at the Beer Hall for a group of 14 people. They were super friendly and helpful. I ordered one of everything on the menu (except for burgers and sandwiches) for a team event. Although we slammed the kitchen, they were good humored about it and we got our food quick. Everyone of all ages had a WONDERFUL time!

It was great. The fries would have been amazing but the oil needs to be changed in the fryer. We couldn’t even eat them and there was 6 of us.

Food was great. Our waitress was awful. We had menu questions and every response was “i dont know”. She knew nothing about the beers on tap either. Rushed us the entire meal. Should probably make sure your waitstaff knows the menu, and beer selection..it is a tap house

Food was excellent. Service very good. Price is a bit high for sandwiches and appetizer type food. Space itself lacks style in seating area, nice at the bar though.

Amazing food good service ….The One big miss at this establishment is you have no TVs several members of our party left because they couldn’t watch the Celtics game and waitress told us that an entire group declined to sit down for the reservation earlier because there were no TVs to watch the Celtics game…It may not be a sport bar, but I guarantee you lose customers/revenue by not having TVs in your bar area.

We really enjoyed Night Shift. The food was simple, but upscale and very flavorful. The hand cut fries are amazing! It was a holiday so service was a little slower than i would have expected, but we weren't in a rush so it didn't bother us. The only odd thing was our server, who was very nice, disappeared for about 15min. Another waiter came over and said our first sever had left and they would be taking over. Odd, but again a holiday so things can happen like that.

Great food/drink spot in the middle of Level 99, a fun entertainment venue. The bar has long tables with counter service so it's great for a big group. The pizza is amazing and the other foods are also great!

It was pretty good. The Pineapple Express was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The pizza was delicious and the Korean chicken sandwich was awesome. You had to wait in line to order and then pick it up cafeteria style at a window. It was pretty quick and I had no issue. The staff was very friendly

This was our second year holding our agency holiday gathering at Level99/Nightshift. Everyone enjoyed their time and the balance of interactive challenges and having a space to chat. I wouldn't be surprised if 2024 makes this a 3peat for us.

The service was extremely slow and pretty bad, especially considering that it wasn’t at all busy. The food is mediocre and expensive for what it is. The atmosphere is open. It wasn’t busy, so the noise level was fine. Beer and drinks were good. All in all, I’d skip it.

The waitress never came back after the initial orders and it took a long tim to find someone to pay. Some food options were out of stock so there was nothing gluten free. Convenient for the Level 99 though.

Beer is pretty good, service started slow but then was ok, food was hit and miss. Stale ish fries which I didn’t think was possible, but Detroit style pie was very good.

The staff was great.... I didn't realize that a party of 6 would bump me into the beer hall (noisy and full of people/kids). There was space in the tap room and the staff quickly and graciously accommodated my request to move into the more quiet space. Food was outstanding (Cubano pizza)!

We are from the level 99 side so obviously rowdy but great food. Little pricey but inflation, of course. All in all, good experience and good food! Cocktails were nice too btw.

The most uninspiring of all the Night Shifts but it was still good. Server boasted about an item and then forgot to bring it. A lot of other craft beer options and they don't sell their seltzer Hoot? Not even in a can pour?

I've been to Night Shift a few times and the food is consistently good. That said, you need to not be in a rush to dine here. I'm not sure if they are just short staffed or the waitstaff is just plain slow, but it's been an issue each time we've gone there. One time, we waited for 15 minutes without being attended to and we walked out. It's really a shame, because if the service was better, we would dine there much more often. They have a great selection of beers and even the cocktails are surprisingly good. Their food selection is limited and it's casual/comfort, but really well done. Fries have taken a hit recently, but the burgers and fried chicken are great. Flatbreads are good too. If someone can get the waitstaff to improve performance, I'd give it 5 stars.
