Luxury takes root in the heart of Austin at Nido, bringing the charm of the area together with the culinary techniques of coastal Europe, all perched above Lady Bird Lake and the energetic cityscape.

Nido is located on the rooftop of The Loren at Lady Bird Lake - recently named by Conde Nast Traveller and Travel & Leisure Magazine as "one of the hottest hotel openings in the world." Nido nods to the surrounding and native Hill Country, giving diners a one-of-a-kind respite to experience worldly-travel through food. Nido’s selection of carefully crafted, seasonal menus are internationally-inspired with a focus on classical technique.

Reservations are available for inside the dining room and the dining tables in the bar. Lounge seating is available on a walk in basis in the bar and on the terrace for drinks and snacks.

Portion of proceeds from the dinner help benefit The Loren Roots Imperative, a non-profit created to help offset the carbon footprint of development.

    I had the chicken with fingerling potatoes and it was amazing 👏🏾! Frank made our experience memorable. Definitely coming back!

    Great experience and we had wedding dinner there. Staffs at Nido were extremely friendly and helpful. They took care of us. The food was great too.

    I've been here many times and I will say that this restaurant continues to be exceptional in terms of atmosphere, quality of food, preparation of food and also service. Also, it has the best view of downtown in Austin! Thanks everybody for a job well done!

    All around a wonderful upscale dining experience. The evening views are incredible. On an early summer night definitely sitting outside is the way to go. Every single appetizer and dish was packed with the flavor, presented beautifully and did not disappoint. Portions are on the smaller side, but I still left feeling full. Service was attentive and of the higher quality (changed silverware between courses, served and cleared from the correct sides etc) Would definitely recommend and come back!

    From the view of Austins skyline to some of the city's more creative cuisine, Nido delivers. Casual elegance, an efficient and knowledgeable staff, make for an enjoyable dining experience.

    We enjoyed our dinner at Nido. Service was friendly and attentive. Our server Patsy was delightful. The food was delicious and elegantly presented. We loved the Bluefin Tuna Crudo and the garden salad with snap peas and buttermilk dressing. The Crab Torchio noodles could have had a larger serving portion. The scallops were perfectly cooked and I wanted more. We shared a piece of the pistachio cake and it was tasty and sweet but didn't impress me that much. The view is great, and the atmosphere was energetic.

    I had a delicious dinner at Nido, as always. The service, cuisine, and vibes of Nido are 10/10. I love their constantly changing seasonal menu and arial views of downtown Austin. I shared the gem lettuce salad, it was refreshing and healthy with the perfect amount of flavor and crunch (from the toasted seeds.) I also shared the tuna crudo, which was phenomenal. My entree, the berkshire pork was cooked to perfection and very tender compared to pork I've ordered elsewhere. Highly recommend Nido for a date night, girls dinner or for just drinks at the bar. You won't be disappointed!

    What a fabulous experience! We were visiting from out of town. Nido was a recommendation of an Austinite. Our server, Sebastian, was outstanding, worthy of the finest of dining experiences. We ordered a course from each section of the menu, which turned out to be a smart move. Yellow fin hamachi. Snap bean salad. Chicken riviolo. Branzino. It would be hard to say which was best.
