La atención es de primer nivel, la comida es buena pero considero que no es espectacular para el precio y la sirven un poco a temperatura ambiente. Las bebidas son buenas y las experiencias que te dan en el lugar son maravillosas

Fue nuestra primera vez y la comida, el ambiente y la atención nos encanto, habíamos reservado una mesa pero en el lugar quisimos cambiar y muy amablemente nos reubicaron. Alexis y América estuvieron a cargo de nuestra mesa, fueron muy atentos y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. Definitivamente volveremos en otra ocasión.

The restaurant was very nice and the ambiance was great. The servers seemed nervous, forgetful or overwhelmed. Had to wait 5 min for a menu once seated, the appetizer came out at the same time as the main course and the drinks came after the food so we waited a while. Also had to ask a different server for the wine list because it never came. The food was ok but not great for price. The manager was sweet and very accommodating but the servers need training and were almost tripping on themselves or forgetting things.

Un lugar muy bello, atentos a los detalles y flexibles. Solo el servicio un poco que desear tuvimos que pedir varias cosas, varias veces.

It was as though our table of 4 was invisible. If you’re a tourist I would not recommend, their focus is on locals. Way over priced wine list, table side cocktail’s were not offered to our party as it was to “others” around us. The entrees were good, the staff was friendly, the experience was disappointing have dined at sister restaurant Harry’s 2 nights before, which was awesome.

Fantastic meal (second time in 4 days). Food is amazing and the service from Ian & Alberto was tremendous. Highly recommend. I had the Lobster Bisque and Tortellini with short rib.

PROS Good place to visit and food was really good. CONS They charge you 15% service (tips) without asking you how much I wanted to pay for tips. Note: we were just 2 people Also, in the MIDDLE of our meals a lady approached us with a QR code to rate their service which I found very unpleasant. I am willing to rate any place but at the end so I can get express my opinion experience in full

Personalized for our anniversary. Ricardo was the best waiter we’ve had, definitely recommend having him. Food was cooked to perfection, ambience was great all staff were friendly. We hope to come back and dine with them again, highly recommended them!

Nicoletta me dejó impresionado nos atendió Ian & Jazz personas muy amables y simpaticas su servicio excelente atentos, a mi esposa le encantó la Lasaña Nicoletta su sabor era único, la pasta Alfredo una delicia se los recomiendo con el pollo frito exquisito sabor único y el proceso te lo hacen en tu mesa impresionante, la mitología el cantinero prepara tan deliciosos las bebidas sabores impresionantes y unicos y las presentaciones de las bebidas nos sentimos como un rey y una Reyna 👑 Quiero darle crédito igual al gerente del restaurante no recuerdo su nombre pero muy atento a nuestro servicio. Me hubiera gustado conocer el cantinero igual por nuestras bebidas y agradecerle por qué se el amor y la pasión que hace con las bebidas, el motivo por qué igual YO soy cantinero del Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Cancún

What a fantastic treat away from all the bland all-inclusive resort food. Celebrated my daughter’s 18th Birthday. Ricardo was our server and he was fantastic!!!! He went out of his way to make everything extra special. Thank you, Ricardo!

This was a fabulous experience, the service is impeccable. The food was excellent and the creativity in presentation exceed expectations. I would highly recommend when visiting playa and we will definitely add it to our must visit list.

Great service and good atmosphere. As for the Italian food, it was good, probably really good for Mexico. But it was not authentic Italian. My son had pasta with fish. They wanted to put cheese on the fish dishes which is probably a deadly sin in Italy. I had the chicken Marsala which was good but it was over a bed of pasta in red sauce?. I never saw that combination before. The Marsala was good but the pasta with red sauce should have been on the side. The Marsala sauce did not mix well with the tomato sauce.

Really good Italian good in PDC. Tried the spicy rigatoni and spinach ravioli. Both were excellent and very filling. The caprese to start was enough for two to split. Also enjoyed the special birthday attention they gave with sparklers. Will be back!

Host said it was and hour and a half wait. We booked on open table and we were in in 5 minutes. It was great.

Pésimo servicio. Los meseros no nos atendieron debidamente. Parecía que nos estaban apresurando a comer… nunca nos ofrecieron agua de la casa o incluso alguna otra botella, porque consumimos una botella mineral y nunca nos ofrecieron otra o más agua. Creí que era un lugar al que debías entrar vestido algo “formal” para poder cenar pero no fue asi… la comida estuvo muy rica aunque hay que cuidar que no se presenten trozos de lobster shell o ramas de las hierbas finas que usen (tristemente ese fue mi caso)

Fried calamari got me a little sick over night. Overall it was a good experience. You’re right outside a busy street so the. Noise level is high due to street goers playing music and such. Hospitality was good Ordered spicy rigatoni with shrimp Gf had ricotta ravioli ( a little cold ) And we had a margarita pizza to share (slightly under cooked dough) And the calamari for an app

Excellent food. Top notch service. Nicely decorated place. Can be noisy.
