This is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to. The ambiance was perfect. The staff attentive and friendly. Great food. They add special touches that I've never seen anywhere else. Would return to Cancun just to dine here again. The website doesn't do it justice.

Absolutely amazing experience, everyone was very attentive, view was amazing, scenery was amazing, and I love how they cook the cheese for pasta right next to you. Definitely recommend

The food and the experience were well worth it. Everyone enjoyed the food and the wine. The only exception was that the lobster in my lobster bisque was not good - chewy to a point it was almost crunchy. But the bisque itself was delicious. We had pasta, carpaccio, salads, soups, but no desserts. The staff were great, the ambience was lovely, and the view was amazing. I would definitely go back. I might even give the lobster bisque another try.

This is our Third year in a row dining at Nicoletta-Cancun for our anniversary. Each year my husband and I have been delighted at the growth and professionalism at Nicoletta. This year the surprise and amazement was the opera singer -- lovely, lovely touch. As always the food was divine. I had shrimp au graten and my husband, his absolute favorite - Chicken Parmigiana. I am coming back looking for those amazing shrimp - JUST WOW! The highlight of the evening was my Tiermasu delivered in a safe, with golden chocolate covering. As you can tell from my review, I am in absolute love with this establishment and we will be back.

Dined for a birthday celebration; not the normal attentive service I am use to. Watched other tables receive menus and faster service. I was excited for my table side pasta to find out they were not doing it due to it being Mother’s Day.. seems like that would’ve been the star of the show for mom.. food was bland . This time Nicoletta did not wow me like before…the decor is always a plus wish it matched the service and food.

Loved this place! Such a great ambiance and the food was really good. Definitely happy we choose this restaurant. We celebrated our anniversary and they gave us a dessert with sparkles and a complementary photograph plus a cute little bracelet as a gift! Definitely recommend coming here when you’re on vacation!

Tienen que estar más pilas con la atención del servicio, no pueden olvidar cosas básicas como el que pedí algunos condimentos extras y me mencionan sí enseguida y luego nunca llegaron, alguien de nombre diego se le pasó precisamente ese detalle, fuera de eso todo bien, comida de 10.

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful! My twin sister and I went there to celebrate our birthdays! The food was wonderful and the service was amazing! Even though we didn't spend a lot of money, they were so attentive and made us feel very special and celebrated!! Stalin, our waiter was amazing!!

Strange experience being dropped off by the taxi ar the door. You enter a door with 4 women standing behind a desk. None of which were friendly & dressed very seductively. None were friendly nor greeted you at all!!! We finally had to ask how to get to the Nicoletta restaurant. One of them wore a wire that she communicated with someone somewhere (not with us at all) & you're finally led to an elevator & up to the Nicoletta restaurant. Never a kind word like "enjoy your meal", thank you for dining with us", Nothing!! It's actually pretty creepy when you get into the elevator with a man who doesn't identify himself or anything else, not knowing where you're going or who you're going with because there was still NO communication. Once you get to the restaurant though, the staff is very friendly & eager to serve you. Just make sure you study the menu fully and don't just look at the pictures of the pretty restaurant assuming you'll have an extraordinary dinner. The meals were very plain, nice seasoning, no garnish or vegetables, nothing! Just whatever you ordered plopped in the middle of the plate. The cocktails were very poor as well. I couldn't even eat my chicken with rigatoni. The very kind server recognized it & offered to get me something else, but there was honestly nothing on the menu that sounded good at all. Unfortunately my husband selected the steak with Cabernet sauce and it was just simply a piece of meat, probably choice grade, definitely not prime, floating in Cabernet sauce. Once again no garnish no vegetables nothing . My husband's old fashion was as bright red as the nasty maraschino cherry at the bottom at his glass. You would think for an establishment like they advertise and portray they would use Luxardo cherries. My Mojito did not taste like there was any liquor in it at all either. We didn't realize Nicoletta was a part of a chain when we booked our reservation but this restaurant needs a lot of help if it wants to attract seasoned dinners.

El lugar precioso, la comida regular a mala, pedimos las esferas de parmesano, el risotto de hongos trufado y el tortellini con short rib. La verdad deja mucho que desear.

The food, cocktails and service were outstanding! I would like to say that Rebeca is the best !! She was attentive, had smile on her face and always asked if there anything else we needed. The young lady singing added to the ambiance.

Stalin and Leo made our dining experience really great. The pasta being made in a cheese block by the table was eye opening. Kids loved it. The attention to details was immaculate. Great dining experience.

Great meal at Nicolettas tonight. First time for us. Great location. Great space. Great views. Started with the Arancini app and Ceasar Salad. The Arancini was VERY good. Caesar was average. The Italian Charcuterie pizza is the best pizza in Cancún. Spinach Calzone was a hit with my daughter. Short Rib Tortellini was enjoyed by my son - although he said the pasta dough was a bit too thick. My wife had the Short Rib - was very well seasoned but just a bit chewy. Portions were large. Service and ambience were outstanding. Cenacolo has sone serious competition for best Italian near the Royal Sands.

Food wasn’t worth its prize, it was bland, tasteless and the pasta was even under-cooked. Don’t mind paying for expensive food but this restaurant definitely left us with a bitter experience.

We had high hopes for Nicoletta but they did not come true. Sharing space w Ilios, Nicoletta is an "upscale" italian dining experience. The dining room is beautiful and while there is no outdoor seating there are tables along the water side w open windows to enjoy the cancun breeze. Like all Anderson Group restaurants, there is a sexy vibe w dim lighting and music. While the vibe was great the food was less than impressive as was the service and prices. For ~$25-30 chicken parm for the kids does NOT come w any pasta, just a chicken breast - I'll admit is was a lovely piece of chicken but that's it. My wife had the table side alfredo which tasted good but was served warm (at best) and quickly formed into a cheese / pasta ball. Worse, the other 3 entrees we ordered sat and cooled off while the manager made my wifes pasta...seems the tableside food should be done and THEN bring the rest so it's hot? I ordered the GIANT meatball w rigatoni...the meatball was far from giant and the sauce on my pasta was bland and unimpressive (i have had better sauce from a jar). Bill came in at ~$350 w tip and w no alcohol for 4 - frankly an outrage. There were various other annoyances including the smoke alarm beeping every 30 seconds during dinner due to needed a new battery, missed items on our order, etc - overall not a great experience. I chalk it up to a bad night as Anderson Group usually does it right but not a good first impression here.

Arnold was an excellent server. Food was very good, but also high priced. Overall value was average. Also their gluten free options are VERY limited. You're limited to penne pasta only and then only a few dishes.

Fue una gran experiencia, nunca habías asistido mi familia y yo y quedamos encantados!!!! Todo perfecto, la comida deliciosa, el servicio increíble el lugar hermoso!! 100% recomendable cuando regresemos a Cancún seguramente nuestra primera parada será venir a comer o cenar aquí
