This place was amazing! Celebrated an anniversary and everything was prefect from beginning to end. Our host Jazmine and our waiter Luis were attentive and polite. I definitely recommend this place and I would come back every time when I’m in Cancun.

Well good presentation was great but food itself was mediocre. For that price food should be better. I took sea food dish and there was only 1 shrimp and 6 muscle s. Not good. Next time I’ll try different restaurants

Absolutely fabulous meal and the service was fantastic!!! Arnoldo was truly the best very informative !!! The restaurant is beautiful and all the extras will leave you feeling happy !!!!

I would recommend this restaurant highly! From the moment you walk in to the reception area through the end of meal service you will be mesmerized! The wait staff was phenomenal and the table side mixologist, table side food preparation was excellent to say the very least. The waitstaff was attentive to every need and made this a most memorable dining experience.

El servicio no fue normal, había muchos mesero pero poco atentos. Tenías que pedir las cosas dos veces. Los precios muy altos para la calidad de la comida. Yo no regreso.

De lo mejor en mi visita a Cancún. La comida y el servicio fueron magníficos. Los precios están acorde a lo que ofrecen. Ambiente tranquilo, relajado y además de todo el restaurant ofrece una maravillosa vista. ¡Me encantó!

The staff at Nicolette were very efficient and respectful. Communication was excellent, and giving descriptions of the food items phenomenal job. Would definitely return here again
