Nick’s Bistro is a full service bar and restaurant providing unique Greek American cuisine in a contemporary, neighborhood bistro setting. The owner’s, Mario and Alfred, set out with the goal of creating an elegant establishment that will make you feel right at home.

Went to celebrate Fathers Day early with my father in law. Service was v attentive. Portions were fantastic and overall vibe was excellent. We sat inside, there is also a large outdoor sitting area. As a group we were all very satisfied. A revisit is a definite.

Three old ladies celebrating a birthday. Oysters and crab cakes were fabulous.!! Lamb burger (that I didn’t taste) was delicious and perfectly cooked. The birthday bubbles and exploding rocket were an unexpected and fun addition. And most everyone joined in singing and clapping. What better can you hope for - a local restaurant with a long history of first rate food and a little fun thrown in for the birthday. Thank you for making it such a special meal😊

Sat outside and it was delightful. Having been there before I knew what I was going to order. The mussel's looked so good but when I looked at the menu and saw Colorado lamb chops at $36 I changed my mind. Then there wad a special menu with lamb chops at $27. Totally confused, I relied on the waiter who suggested the Colorado chops. Glad I listened , they were delicious with very little fat. Cant wait to go back and try other items on the menu. All well priced.

Nick's Bisto is one of the best restaurants around. The staff is friendly and attentive, the owner warm and the food choices are great and tasty. Their outdoor patio is our family favorite. Enjoy this wonderful place.

Food was excellent, the place is a little tight - with the waiters constantly squeezing by you. It was a crowded night - maybe next time it won’t be so bad. Overall food is excellent!

Our family had a delightful, delicious Mother’s Day brunch @ Nick’s Bistro. We were seated on the outside patio and appreciated the heaters on a cool day and the lovely ivy vines surrounding us. Ben, our waiter, was very efficient and friendly. We will be returning in the near future!
