« Tenant son nom du plus grand quotidien du sud de la France, le Nice Matin apporte à l’Upper West Side une touche de cuisine provençale et une petite présentation à la cuisine de Nice, berceau entre autres de la pissaladière et du pan bagnat et, si on en croit la carte, d’un énorme steak au comté, mariné à l’aïoli et servi avec des frites au romarin. C’est le meilleur hamburger depuis que Daniel Boulud a rassemblé foie gras et côtelettes dans un steak haché. Table outside but near us had small children making a ruckus and screaming. Parents did nothing to control the children and even lingered while bothering all table diners in the cabana. We finally complained to the manager after they left who apologized and comped us a dessert and coffees. The children made the whole evening unpleasant but we should have complained sooner

Enjoyed our dinner for a graduation celebration. All in party were very happy with food, service, and ambiance. Noice level was energetic as expected for a Friday night of graduation weekend. We look forward to returning.

It got quite muggy in there - maybe some way to address that? But overall food and service was very good!

Nice Martin is a very nice place and the good was good. The noise level was impossible though. Could hardly converse with the three people at my table. Prices ok.

I had booked for our daughter’s graduation lunch having not been there before. Impeccably attentive gracious friendly server - she was fantastic - this meant so much and added to our happiness along w the delicious variety of fresh healthy entrees. The outdoor seating was perfect for a sunny day. Happy experience and memory!

Good quality food, but way overpriced. $26 for a not very generous glass of wine. $300 for a dinner of 5 people, with one appetizer to share for the table, 1 glass of wine and no desserts. Not going back anytime soon.
