This restaurant has an overall great vibe. This comes from the food, service, and ambiance. It’s great if you like sharing and trying many dishes. Ideal to come with friends, have some unique delicious cocktails and elevated Japanese food. A must eat is the truffle corn karaage! This place is not stroller or small children friendly.

It was like walking into an josei anime >_< Apart from somptuous dishes, welcoming and professional dedicated staff in a characterisitc ambiance my biggest surprise was finding a japanese godfather cocktail! that was the wedding cake on top of the cake haha I was blown out of the water.

I wish I could try everything on the menu, we ordered pork cheek, scallops, duck carpaccio, bluefin negitoro, all taste delicious. We were full but very tempting when looking at the dessert menu, finally we ordered Strawberry almond tofu and ichigo cake daifuku to finish the meal. Next time definitely go with more friends to try more food on the menu.

Second time dining at New Fuji and am still impressed by the food and service. Re-ordered a few favourites (cheese tofu, corn karaage) and some new things (pork belly, negitoro pressed sushi) and will come back again.

Always a pleasure dining at New Fuji! Not only is their food delicious and great value, but their thoughtful and friendly service is what always keeps me coming back for more.
