Not your average tea salon, Neverland is an amalgamation of everything we love: celebration, decadence, ritual, whimsy and creativity. We also love variety, so we offer you options on which Neverland experience is right for you.

For those with dietary intolerances, our chef, has also customized a complex blend of flours to create gluten-free options that are literally indistinguishable in taste and texture from our regular items. The idea is to have those with dietary restrictions not just feel included, but honoured for their differences. Eggs, diary, gluten? We promise to wow you with indistinguishable variations of our high tea pastries.

Disappointing, I’ve had high tea many times and Neverland was the worst. The sandwiches/pastries were average at best. I took my 6yr old granddaughter, expecting a better experience but she did not even get her own high tea tower, which could be a big issue since she has a severe allergy to dairy. Her food was dairy free but they still served it on the same tower as my food.

Very enchanted by tea. Our server was fantastic Chayla was kind welcoming, knowledgeable, and made our experience a great and memorable one. We even got a special little GF cake with candle to celebrate a birthday.

One of my best high tea experiences. Friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service attentive and friendly. A huge unique plus for this tea lover was that I could try as many teas as I wanted at no charge. I highly recommend The Neverland Tea Salon.

Table service was very good but I would have appreciated if the server explained what was being served. The door service is awkward. No indication that you don’t need to check in when you arrive, people milling about outside the door and no one acknowledges you. It didn’t feel very welcoming upon first impression. Seemed a bit hectic

Wonderful high tea, loved all the teas and appreciated how well done the gluten free tea was. Creative savory offerings and the sweets were delicious. Ambiance was very nice and inviting.

They were very booked up and so the server kept coming to the table. Though she was polite, this was too much! We felt rushed through our tea, which is something we do together once a year. It was not relaxing. Food was "ok" and honestly the tea was not great. Quite weak and they don't leave the bag in the teapot so you can't get seconds or let it steep longer. Our table was tiny and basically right in the isle to the bathroom. However, it was $20 - $30 cheaper than high tea usually is so, you get what you pay for!

Everything about our visit was awesome. The service, the finger sandwiches, and the little finger desserts were yummy. The tea choices were to die for.... I will definitely go back.

I found the quality of the pastries, and sandwiches alright, the clotted cream could be more fluffy. Nice ambience, the service was aright.

Food and teas were really good! Price for high tea is high at $55 but quality was excellent in both the Vegetarian and Traditional options. Comes with as much tea as you like in any of their delicious varieties, but we found we had to work hard to flag down a waitress to bring us more pots. Service staff were lovely just not very attentive, no follow up after food was delivered.

My daughter loves to dress up and come here for high tea for mommy/daughter dates. In our experience, the ambiance is lovely, the food is delicious and the service has been great. But we always leave feeling sick from eating too much. It's very expensive and so we try to eat everything but it's just too much. I hate that we end up leaving food uneaten and are never offered a box to take it with us. I wish there was an option for a 'lighter' high tea, which would also make it a little more affordable for us to do more frequently. I also often find my daughter doesn't love all the kids options so would be nice if she could choose which ones, of the ones on offer, that she wants (I end up trading my desserts for her sandwiches). Lots of kids are picky eaters and I know the Tinkerbell menu is designed for kids, but it's still not perfect for every kid and some room to move for young ones would be great!

We were warmly welcomed and accommodated for best comfort for our tea. The tea came freshly brewed and hot and the savouries and sweets were unique and delectable. The room is vintage coziness underneath many sparkling chandeliers. Such a truly lovely way to enjoy a special event with my soon to be daughter in law! Well done ladies!!

We had an awesome time. Natalie was our waite staff and she was perfect, not over bearing but yet was there when you required something. The food was great and the tea was very good.

Very frustrating that vegan and gluten free tea can’t be separate as gluten free bread did not taste good to a vegan.

Food was amazing! Service was great! They even gave my SIL a mini cupcake for her bday. My daughters loved it. I love how everyone gets they're own pot of tea and you can switch whenever you want.

It was great. Unlimited tea selection and personal tea pots per person. Could only finish 2 pots of tea by myself.

We had the traditional high tea, and it was excellent! Although you only get small portions of each item, you get so many to try! All of them were excellent, and you come away quite full. The tea selection is marvelous and we tried several types. Love this place!

A lovely place for high tea in a mad hatter way! The food was just right (if not better than expected) and portions were generous, so much so that everyone took a small box of leftover treats home with them. A large assortment of teas, black, green and herbal. It was busy but we never felt rushed and the noise level is lively but we always able to hear each other at our table for 4.

Very enjoyable. Food was delicious, and lots of different variations taking allergies and preferences into consideration. I loved that you could switch up your teas which was so nice! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely come back!

We go regularly to Neverland Tea. The tea choices are phenomenal. So many. The high tea platters are wonderful as different themes. Food is fresh and delicious. They are very respectful of allergies and accomodate within their limitations. Lovely fun experience. Attentive staff and not hovering.

I have been to many High Teas in the Lower Mainland and nothing compares to the food served at this restaurant. The assortment of teas is extensive and the food presentation is inviting and delicious.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated. The service was great. ONE detail I did notice was the tea was served in a metal tea pot and not a proper porcelain one. The selection of food was okay nothing special.

The scones were so fresh and delicious and the tea selection was excellent. We loved the tea sandwiches, except for an awful tasting egg salad that seemed spoiled. I feel like the desserts were a major let down as well, especially for the price point. I also found that the service definitely could have been better. Since they move so many people in an out and its a small space you are sort of made to feel like an inconvenience and the servers weren't very friendly. But we still enjoyed our visit.

Very nice and delicious selections of delicious sweet and savoury items for afternoon tea. Our server Was friendly and efficient. We were given 1.5 hours which felt kind of rushed but otherwise it was a very pleasant experience.

Lovely setting to enjoy tea with a friend I have not seen in over 30 years! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about tea and food served. I will definitely be visiting again!

It was a quaint little tea shop too have high tea. The service was excellent. They have a great selection of teas. The desserts were amazing. They offer 4 diet options for food which was nice for my food allergies. My partner and I had a lovely time.

Some desserts were too sweet. More sandwiches would be much better. They were excellent. The dairy free , gluten free was impressive! Waitress was excellent!

It was a little bit difficult to talk to servers because they were just standing by the counter. They took our order 20 mins after our sitting, and we got our order around 11:30am. The sitting time is 1.5hrs, so basically we only had 1 hour to finish them was which is too short for the afternoon tea. A server came and asked us if we needed a box for the leftovers around 12:15pm. Felt super uncomfortable. I don’t think they deserve a cent, but the tip option started at 18%. So insane.

The food tastes good, but portion sizes are smaller than they used to be and prices have gone up. Felt overpriced for the food& tea we got.
