I didn’t get the lobster tail I ordered, and by the time server came to check I was already done eatting. Steak was ordered medium rare, and it was closer to well done. Had no hints of pink even. The baked potatoe was dry and didn’t seem very fresh. For the amount of T of money dinner cost I was highly disappointed.

I was amazed to discover that complimentary bread that has been a staple since Neros opened has been discontinued and is replaced by a bread dish for which we are charged. The issue is not the money. Almost every restaurant you go into provides complimentary bread. Check out Spagos. I hope I get a response to my inquiry. S. Payne

The lamb chops are the best ! Medium rare , tender and juicy. The blackgarlic potatoes worth the experience . Service was wonderful. Polite attentive and knowledgeable . Only disappointment was they took the Sunday Surf and Turf special off the menu. But they did replace it with prime rib. Had a wonderful time.

I’ve never met a more controlling hostess. The restaurant was not busy at 7:30 PM and I asked to be seated near the window instead of a booth as there was only two of us. She reacted with irritation like it was such a huge request. The table I asked to be seated at was not available apparently, but five minutes after we got another table by a window and a different area she said she rearranged reservations and we could sit at the table. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. We stayed for a a couple hours and nobody else was seated at that table. it was just a strange sequence of events like the hostess was controlling for some reason. Very slow service as well.

The prices are pretty high, but the ambience is great and if you like a more quiet/private setting, ask for the bar side. The food was fabulous. We ordered steak and lobster tail. It was a nice experience for our anniversary. The only downside was having to wait for our table after having reservations and getting there 5 minutes early.

Nice atmosphere and great service. Our steak was terrific. Our only complaint is the wait time to get seated. We arrived on time for our reservation and they seated people who arrived after us first saying they had an earlier reservation. Since they were a half hour late they should have seated us first instead of making us stand and wait 10 minutes to be seated.
