This is the second time I've gone to Neroli's and once again, it was great! My husband and I sat outside this time, and when you're not facing 1A, you almost feel like you're in the North End. My only complaint was that we were given potato chips (they were excellent - handmade), but we never got bread and dipping oil. Every other table around us got that. We were the only ones that got potato chips. Just a little strange. Other than that, it was excellent.

Our new favorite spot!! 💕💕 our waiter was fantastic… I wish I could mention his name. One of those places that you can just sit, relax and enjoy!

Left us sitting at a table outside for almost a half hour. Waitress never apologized. Food was cold but at that point we already were annoyed and starving so we just ate it. Caesar salad was not good. Water wasn’t even cold. We had to ask for a side of ice. Nice ambiance but won’t be going back.

Some of the best Italian food we’ve ever had. Homemade pasta dishes are exceptional.

This was my second time here and I will definitely be going back. There were 5 of us and we all had a fabulous dinner with amazing service. I highly recommend the Brick Chicken.

Food was great but I think we just got a bad draw in our server. Limited checking in, get 3 meals served one comes out 7 minutes later. Forgot a side order, didn’t tell us specials. Too bad really. Will return to the bar probably.

We came to treat our mom & grandmother to an “elegant buffet of brunch classics crafted with love and precision”. This description could not have been more wrong. From the service, to the staff, to the food, nothing about this place was elegant and none of the food was “crafted with love or precision”. The manager at the front (Shirley I believe was her name) was extremely rude when I asked if there was a booth available for my elderly grandmother (since I specifically asked for one when I booked this reservation!) and she sharply said “there’s absolutely no way that’s possible. Booths are for families of 5.” Meanwhile, the booth next to us had a family of 4 & there were other booths available. So, thanks, Shirley, my grandmother struggled getting in and out of her chair our entire meal. Hopefully you will be kinder to elderly patrons going forward. The server was unfriendly, unwelcoming and through the course of this “Mother’s Day experience,” inattentive and MIA. She spent more time at her families table. I’m sure they had a way better experience! The food was mediocre at best. You could literally get better brunch food at any chain restaurant. My Italian nana said “this is an Italian restaurant?!” Now, I know that I booked it for brunch, but we all know that lunch dishes are also featured. The only two “Italian” dishes they had were chicken, broccoli, ziti and some penne pasta. Neither of which were to write home about & neither of them were “crafted”. The chicken, broccoli, ziti was so congealed and cold & didn’t have much chicken or broccoli. The “classic” brunch dishes were greasy bacon, over cooked sausage, eggs, french toast and a standard eggs Benedict. They were right about “classic” because every single breakfast/brunch place has the exact same dishes but they are all done way better elsewhere. Absolutely nothing was special or different about these dishes.

Awful and worst buffet I have ever been to please don’t go here for Mother’s Day. Seemed like a total money grab. A few containers across the bar this was no brunch buffet. The options were scarce you had to pay extra if you wanted cinnamon rolls, no omelette station, no pastries, no dessert. For an Italian restaurant I would have expected some protein options. No Parmesan dishes of any kind or tortellini’s or raviolis or even meatballs! Literally had this thick pasta noodle with tomato sauce no meat that was it. Buffet for toddlers! The chicken broccoli and ziti was all pasta no chicken and you had to dig for broccoli. French toast was made with thick rye bread disgusting and no other options like waffles etc for kids. Literally 2 options for breakfast and 3 for lunch and no sides other than a premade Cesar salad. This was supposed to be a special outing for Mother’s Day and it was SO expensive and overpriced for what they offered. Will never go back and tell anyone please please pick something else. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly that was the only nice thing I can say.
