The food and service were excellent!! I thought it was so cute in there. We had a great time and I will most certainly be back. Hopefully for cocktail hour because they have a lot of cool crafty cocktails and I can’t wait to try them all.

A lot of chatter on a FB foodie group about Neon Cactus, so we tried last night. Outstanding!! Drinks at the bar waiting on our table with the Queso Blanco appetizer (my bride loved the Sangria Blanco) were superb. The menu will surprise, this is not Tex-Mex, but a well constructed offering of different flavors with a Mexican twist. We had Orange Chicken tacos (really good twist on Asian meets Mexican) and the Barbacoa Torta, which was definitely one of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted. Moist & tender Barbacoa with perfect crunchy morsels, avocado, tomato and arugula between freshly baked bread. Truly delicious. Service was spot on, I think 90% of the staff dropped by to ask how things were. We look forward to going back!

Different spin on Mexican food. Do not go expecting Tex-Mex Decor is beautiful and gives the restaurant Great ambiance! Drinks are incredible! The hibiscus drink should be the first thing you order. The food was good-not great. Barbacoa was pretty dry. I have read the rave reviews and feel like they were a tad over hyped. With one drink two taco platters tab.with tip, was over $50.

I really enjoyed our visit. It started off shaky but a manager came over and got us some water and shortly after that a server came. If it weren’t for her fabulous personality it would’ve taken a turn. Service, food and drinks were delicious! I can’t wait to go back! I know it’s a new place and they are working hard. Be patient and show grace they are new!

I’m hoping that it was just a bad day, but the service was remarkably slow. Getting waters took about 20 minutes. Drinks took some time as well. We had a group of 9 and the pace of the service became a topic of conversation. One of our friends didn’t get their drink order until the food came out. That said, the food and drinks were TREMENDOUS. We will certainly give it another shot for that reason alone.

My husband and I went on Saturday 6/8, and we completely understand this is still a soft opening. Our queso wasn't super hot, it was warm but it had good flavor. I ordered the taco trio and the el pastor taco was delicious, the carne asada was lack luster, and the fish taco was raw in the middle and I had to send it back. The gentleman that saw the raw fish was extremely apologetic and compted our bill largely, but sadly I did end up getting sick. The margarita with sangria was really good, but the jalapeno margarita on the rocks was VERY smoky tasting and it didn't say in the description that it would be smoky. I know people are raving about how delicious the food is, but unfortunately we weren't impressed. :(

Food was amazing! Service was good, just a bit slow which I know it’ll be an adjustment for everyone as it is a new restaurant. Margaritas took alittle longer than normal but rest assured the server kept us updated and they were worth the wait, very delicious!
