Started out with waiting on a table when countless were available. Once seated, typical drink order and appetizers. Salad and main course ordered. Once finished with salads, tableware was not replaced. Main course arrived had to ask a passing server for forks. Pasta special wasn’t special at all and under cooked but since no one bothered to check in on us again it was challenging to relay the message. Water glasses were empty throughout our meal despite moving them to an outside corner of the table. Annoyed with the situation and being ignored, I placed a credit card on the table. Someone stopped answering asked if we wanted them to run the check. Sure, although we never saw the check. In summary, it was a less than ideal experience and one to remind me why the place had so many open seats on a Friday now! Sad to see such a huge decline in what was a great restaurant.

The fish tacos 🌮 had to be eaten with a fork, way too juicy and messy! The blackened cod, I feel was undercooked and they served fries with the tacos 🌮 which was very odd. My biz associates burger was way too juicy and had to be eaten with a fork.

Randy was absolutely amazing. After she sold me on 2 of the 3 specials y’all were having, I was so impressed with not only her but the food. I will definitely be back!

I have been to various locations of this restaurant many times. Last night was the first time that the food was just okay. The waitress seemed distracted and the noise level was high. Not a great experience like we usually have this restaurant.

It hurts to write this but not good anymore. Will not go back. What used to be a staple in our rotation just doesn't cut it anymore. Service was bad and the food mediocre

First time at this location. Going for presymphony dinner. Immediately taken to our table and the waiter promptly arrived with water. The appetizer was crab artichoke dip and it is very good and would recommend. Time between courses excellent. My wife had the sole; it was hot and a nice serving size. Beautifully cooked. I had the paste with shrimp in a cream sauce that was very good and the pasta, like gnocchi but pasta, was beautifully cooked. Food very good! Background noise bothersome with music and kitchen noise combined. Was disappointed when asked about dessert while eating my entre! That was a first. Will return and need reservations on Saturday evening.

Everything was soooo slow. Had a reservation but table wasn’t ready for 30+ minutes after we got there. Sat down and waitress was nice and helpful but drinks took a while and food took forever. The place was basically empty when we finally got our food. Always a bummer when you want to have a nice night out and it gets blown up.

Fun date night. We sat at the bar for dinner. Chris was our excellent bartender/server. Even though it was a busy night for the bar he made sure we were well taken care of.

Had the Halibut special. Was fabulous. Perhaps the best Halibut I have ever eaten. Service was A+ also. A little noisy, but that was ok at the end of the day.

We had a friendly and informative Server and the drinks, appetizers, and entrees were served timely. However, we ordered a couple of side dishes that did not come out until our meal was almost finished. Our Server checked on us mid-way through the meal, when we reminded her of the missing sides. Once we got everything we ordered, we enjoyed the food.

Great music choices, very fun and upbeat, created a good ambiance. The food was amazing we had the deviled eggs, bread, and meatballs all were amazingly seasoned and presented well, we also had the Steak Frites and Pork chop, both were cooked and seasoned and cooked incredibly well. Our bartender Chris was amazing, he was very attentive without being pushy, he was funny, well versed and overall a great bartender, he truly made our night turn from great to amazing. Thank you guys!

The atmosphere in the restaurant is good. The food is just ok. The tortilla soup tastes like tomato soup with a few avocados and some chips. Not authentic. The caesar salad lacked flavor.

We came for the Sunday Prime Rib which we do monthly. The server told us they’ve never had PR special. Was off putting. And it’s still listed on the Open Table menu as the special.

This is my husband’s favorite restaurant in Dallas. We were starting our honeymoon in Dallas before our flight the next day, and we put in the reservation it was our honeymoon! The GM came to our table and poured us 2 glasses of champagne. The waitress was so awesome, and we had such a great night! I got the filet and my husband got the London Broil. We both enjoyed our entrees so much!

I absolutely love the Neighborhood Services on Lovers Lane. This new larger location on Oak Lawn was so loud and noisy that it was overwhelming. I had a reservation yet we still had to wait...and then we had to wait to get waters...and then we had to wait to get a server. It really was not a pleasant experience. And then they were out of Salmon. We ordered the Chocolate Ding Dong for dessert and it was extremely unremarkable. This was not the kind of experience that I expect from Neighborhood Services.

Always great value and excellent food. The Schnitzel is a favorite as are the meatball appetizers. Any thing you order will be wonderful. Great cocktails and bartenders

Service by Zach was excellent. Drinks (Manhattans) were perfectly balanced. The crab dip was a great appetizer for 2 people. We both had the Angry Lobster which was cooked perfectly with a wonderful presentation. The Pot au Creme desert was spectacular as always. Vick recommended an excellent chardonnay which we thoroughly enjoyed.
