My friends and I were there for fun and we order our food. One of them never received a good service from the staff until one security guy helped her out after 50 min of waiting time for her food while we already had our food. After 30 min she went and ask the girl at the bar if she would received her food. The girl said to wait , there were a lot of person who were ordering food (I would say we were about 20 persons… and maybe 100 for the whole restaurant). So my friend waited… then she went back after 45 min and the girl said the same thing but we were noticing some people that just came in already having their food. After 50 min , a security guy come up and take the plats that I had finish and we asked him for help… He went to the girl asked her something then went downstairs and came back with food! If it wasn’t from him we might have never been serve.

No hostess or guidance when you walk in… so if you haven’t been here before… don’t expect anyone to help you figure out where to go to sit down and eat. It was pretty empty at 8 pm on a Friday which frankly is not a good sign. No draft beer available the night we went, which was disappointing. Food was mediocre. Will not go back.

The front door manager was very nice and gave me a card with some credits for video games for my kids. It was not very crowded when we took a seat, but only one server working the entire floor with a bunch of 6-8 person high top tables. He did the best he could with no one else helping. The food was just okay.

Food was just….ok. The sticker shock once I got the bill compared to the QR code menu is appalling. I wish I would have seen it before we paid.

They tucked us in a corner and forgot about us. Not enough staff and the place wasn't close to full. Couldn't eat the burger, way too salty. Underwhelmed.

We had a pretty good experience dining here. We got drinks at the bar before dinner. It's a large establishment with several floors.

Our experience at the restaurant inside Nashville Underground was fantastic. The food and drinks were great, and our server/bartender Lucy was a tremendous host. I would certainly recommend this place to another group.

Worst food ever. Pizza was not cooked all the way. I asked for personal and was charged for the larger size. The other people I was with ordered breakfast. The sausage looked like it was old and the bacon was hard as a rock along with the waffles. Terrible experience and wasted money.
