“NAPA” comes from Thai word meaning ‘The blue infinite’. “NAPA” Thai Cuisine was founded in June 2018 by a Thai family owned enterprise and renowned for its authentic Thai dishes. The a la carte dishes derived from authentic recipes which have been adapted into a modern context suitable for NAPA’s dining ambience. “NAPA” combines the highest quality ingredients and age old recipes, thus, in this regard “NAPA” is truly Thai in spirit. NAPA is a restaurant where anybody; whether local, expatriates or tourists, with a passion for Thai food can experience authentic Thai cuisine in a relaxing ambience with friendly services.

Some of the best Thai food we have had in a long time! Outstanding service with a smile. Very clean cute restaurant. Definitely save room for the mango sticky rice. This is our new favorite Thai restaurant. We will definitely be back!

This is a small, neighborhood spot. The atmosphere is pleasant, quiet and calm. The food is very good, particularly their seafood dishes.

If you are looking for amazing flavors, fresh and bright dishes and fabulous service, Napa Thai is your go to restaurant. My husband loves the spicy dishes and my favorite is the salmon teriyaki. This is our favorite place to take newcomers to Colleyville to show them this hidden gem. Thanks Again Napa Thai, you never disappointed.

I am pretty sure I got overcharged on my Valentines bill. Ambiance was good. I made reservations for 7:30 came in by 7:26 did not get seated until 7:46. No free drinks offered (including water) for wait on reservation. Food was good but as I said I am pretty sure they overcharged me big time, but you cannot tell because they did not give any itemized receipts. Service was alright once you were seated but overall it was dismal at best. It feels like a 3 Star restaurant trying to be a 5 Star and that’s what they want you to pay for.

Napa Thai has become one of our favorite local restaurants that we frequent often. We have never had a bad meal or service here. Patti & Ben are excellent servers and Keith who supports them. The owner, First, has created a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy on a date night or evening out with friends. We went on Valentine’s Day and they had a set menu which was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Once again, we had another fantastic dinner at NAPA Thai Asian cuisine in Colleyville on 2/13/24. Always the most gracious hosts and my dining mates agree with me. We started out with wines by the glass which were fabulous. We all drank white and sparkling wines that night. We also started with some appetizers such as Vegetable Egg Roll, Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Steamed Dumplings, each with its own unique accompanying dipping sauce. For our entrees, I enjoyed Pan seared Wild Caught Chilean Sea Bass, which came to the table tender and perfectly cooked on a bed of risotto which was an excellent compliment to the dish. My dinner mates enjoyed their entrees which were Branzino Ginger, Tofu veggie stir and Fried rice with chicken. Raves all around! The restaurant has a great quiet atmosphere and is really nice inside. The vintage music like Frank Sinatra and others was a nice touch! We will give the place five stars however the portion sizes were a little bit small although the quality of the food and the taste was delicious and that part was five stars. I would also suggest that therapy a side of fried rice with the dishes instead of steamed or brown rice.

Service was very good, but the food didn’t meet expectations. Black pepper steak was grossly undercooked and tough, it also had a tainted, old meat flavor making it inedible. Our server was kind in offering an alternative, but the “off” meat killed my appetite and our evening. It was that bad. As much as we like this place, I’m hesitant to return.

Our server Patty was phenomenal. Drinks as well as the entire menu is fairly priced…owner is very hands on and welcomes you and visits at your table before you leave. Always leave happy and full!
