Not the easiest place to find parking but has underground parking at the rear of the building. Food and service was great. Recommend the pork chops and the Brussels sprouts were to die for.

Keli was attentive and helpful. We had several questions since this was our first time. Keli shared a lot of information about the menu and wine options. This is a place we will return often.

Made a lunch time reservation. Host and table were waiting. Service was fantastic, as was the food. Definitely recommend.

Food was bad bad bad! Burgers cooked beyond well done when we ordered medium. Salmon PLT was fishy. Forgot to get us our fries, forgot one persons meal altogether. Just a mess and no manager came over to apologize or anything. This was our second time and the first time was bad service but food was better. So we thought we would give it another chance. Unfortunately and unbelievably it was worse the second time. So we will not be back!!

I was not impressed with the food the past two times I've visited. This time the salmon was overcooked and the crab cakes were inedible, overcooked, hardly any crab, and two salty because too many bread crumbs. However, our server was very positive and took the crab cakes off the bill as we did not complain about the salmon. The server was very upbeat and a pleasure to be with

I really love Napa Kitchen. They have great options but not too many. The food is always amazing. The ambiance is inviting and relaxing.

Bar tender / server was awesome. The cheese burger and filet was under cooked and had a very strong taste of char broiled flavor. Overall, I would probably give them another chance because their service was outstanding.

Food was amazing! Way understaffed, however. Our server was wonderful but overwhelmed. The kitchen apparently was overwhelmed as well. Our sever offered to take our appetizer off of our check because she said our wait was way too long. We will be back. We just hope this was a rare occurrence because the food was so good!

Our server, Brooke, was very helpful, checking on us often. The food was as expected, served hot, and ready to enjoy. Found a great wine that complimented both of our entrees. We'll be back. Great service, great food, all the wines you could ever need to make for a perfect meal.

For all the walls of wine we were disappointed in the selections. Wine was fair, not great. Food was meh. Four of us and opinions were similar. Our waiter walked out on his job after he took our drink order. Unclear what happened. Hope all is ok Ian.

Everything was extremely mediocre. Food was uncreative and bland, courses came out together, and service was not good.

When I arrived I was told my reservation did not exist. I showed my confirmation for the reservation and then was told that it was cancelled. I did not cancel the reservation and its was clearly active on the app. I was then taken to a table in the bar that was a high top. For medical reasons I have trouble with high tops and was asked if a table was available. I was told that I needed to specify a request for a specific table in my reservation and the hostess walked away. The couple who arrived after me was shown to a table. And I later found out that my friend arrived 2 minutes before me and was given an actual table without a reservation. I noticed that none of the people who got tables in that 5 minute interval looked like me. I will not return again.

Service was great. Our server was wonderful. Was with a group of friends that dine out a lot together. We aren’t very picky. However, none of us liked our drinks and the food was blah. The place seems to just be about the ambiance? Not worth the price. I mentioned our experience to a relative who had been there before and he agreed.

Our food came on time, was well prepared and warm. Found an excellent bottle of wine to accompany our meal. Only complaint was trouble using a gift card. First told nothing was on it, then told it had $13.46 on it, which was then applied to an erroneous check (not mine), which was never voided, so the charge is still on my credit card. Eventually management made up for all the confusion (it took 30 minutes just to settle our bill) and gave us a decent discount on our meal. I have another gift card to use on our next visit, so I'm already worrying about more difficulty in the future. I certainly hope not!

This restaurant is top-notch! It has become my new, go to with family, friends, and out-of-town guests. The food and service is exceptional. Their wine list is also comprehensive. The value and portions exceed expectations. It is a wonderful dining experience, and I would highly recommend it!

The waitress was amazing to my wife and I.She explained the menu and was attention focused. My burger was delicious. My wife’s salmon dish was a beautiful presentation.I will definitely return. Great job to Ricolette.

The food and wine were good, aside from one entree which came out barely warm, and was not even what we ordered. Service was poor, very slow, we were never checked on at all. Ambience was nice.
