Let me start by saying that this place has fantastic food, We had some issue with the reservation but it was alright the manager was extremely kind and generous. The dining itself was great and the food was very good with multiple options to choose from with a plethora of great flavors.

Great selection of tapas and the flavors are incredible! Definitely recommend the mushroom carpaccio, sea bass and the fideua! Service was amazing too!

Octopus was too salty to enjoy. Noodle paella is interesting but I miss regular rice paella. Ribeye steak was tender and to temp, but also salty. Overall, I had seasoning issues that prevented me from enjoying my meal, but the servers were great about making my bf feel special for his birthday, as they brought out dessert with a candle, and some bubblies. Servers could be more informative when bringing food to us.

Ordered a variety of dishes. Food was underwhelming. Drinks are watery and not particularly interesting. Octopus and sardine foccacia were better than a lot of the other dishes. The focaccia, however, tasted a bit like Wonder Bread. There is better Spanish food out there. Service and ambience were better than the food.

Absolutely amazing unique and delicious ! My favorite dishes Carpaccio Mushrooms Brussels Lubina Fideua Katsu Octopus And the chocolate churros for dessert. Amazing service I really recommend this restaurant.

I been in a lot Spanish Restaurants and Nai is the best. The dishes are authentic and unique. Excellent service. I highly recommend.

Our server was very attentive and helpful. Ordered 4 tapas for 2 of us. Food was great! I had just been in Spain so felt like the Sangria, croquettes and fish were authentic. Overall a great experience!

The tapas at Nai were very creative and simply delicious. It's a lovely restaurant, and the staff are working hard to be helpful and welcoming. We recommend it highly!

The most important thing to know about this restaurant is that you get a good amount of food for each dish. I’ve been to many tapas places that you either leave hungry or order more than you wanted to because of portion sizes. So not only is the food delicious, you get a lot of it to try as well. Our favorite dishes were the oxtail and paella. The wait staff was super nice and gave us free dessert for some reason. If you have room, get the goat cheese cake.

This is a fantastic Spanish restaurant in the East Village. We’ve been longtime fans of their croquettes and fideuà. They’ve recently added a delightful glazed ribeye. We also had the opportunity to try some amazing desserts including a basque style cheesecake and an incredible summertime flan with a iced custard.

This is not your typical Spanish tapas place - the plates are quite unique, and the wine selection phenomenal. Service was also excellent - we were a picky bunch with our wines but Sasha patiently helped us find what we really liked. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent! As with tapas, we had multiple dishes across the vegetarian, meat, seafood and dessert options-all exceptional. The service is first rate to go along with the quality of food. Highly recommend.

The whole restaurant looks really good, and the service also good, too. But the food didn’t achieve my expectations. I heard this restaurant long time ago, always wanted to try, so kind of disappointed, the food is fine. Worth to try one time.

We have been coming to Nai 2-3 times a year for probably over a decade. Through all of its location changes, it never lost its appeal: the tapas menu was extensive, experimental and delicious, the sangria offerings were varied and could be ordered by the pitcher, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. But when we visited its latest location last night, even though the staff is still outstanding, we were kind of disappointed,. The overall tapas menu, which used to include delicious, unique items that changed daily, is mostly generic. The chimichurri ribs, the mushroom carpaccio, and the cod are all delicious, but some of the menu options (the salmon, for example) weren’t available and others (the tartare) were just ok. The sangria choices now are only red or white and sold by the glass and even the atmosphere was minimalist and trendy instead of friendly and relaxed. Also, even taking NYC rents and inflation into account, the prices seem high. In the end, everything was fine, but I think we’ll try other options next time we want tapas.

Great food except the gazpacho was bit dull. Otherwise the maitake and the ribs were temendous, as were the cod roles.
