Our server was nice and attentive. The food itself was not that great. I got the burrito bowl and it was a bunch of over cooked rice, beans & chewy shredded chicken. Salsas did not seem fresh and they were lacking flavor. Maybe should stick to nachos if I ever try it again?

Two of the orders were cold, so they were sent back. One came back hot and the other was prepared wrong, so it went back a second time. Third try was the charm. They did comp that meal. The taste of the food and the service was all very good.

Great customer service ! My friend thought her taco was too spicy and they remade a new one for her without hesitation. We had a great time

Took to long to get the check and she ran it but came back to rerun because drinks were left off never received a new bill

Haven’t been in for maybe a year and the food quality and quantity is not what it used to be to be. Pretty pathetic plate of nachos that was once a very nice meal, lots of meat and toppings. Last night it was a mound of chips with a little cheese, few pieces of pork and some beans. Ambiance is still the same but the place was very quiet on a Saturday evening at a place that was once bustling and tough to get into. Service was good but the food was no longer a value or impressive and I think this is the reason for the lack of customers. Fortunately In n Out is next door and was able to get a hamburger afterwards.

When I initially arrived to this Nacho Daddy location, it took a while to be seated and receive my food, but the manager (Robert) did a good job resolving our issues, and accommodating us for the wait. I really appreciate him going the extra mile, the food was excellent (especially the lobster and crab nachos), I would've visit here again.
