had a reservation for 745. granted me and my family didn’t show up till 750 so we expected a little bit of a wait. we were told twice between 7:55 & 8:03 that they were “cleaning a table for us”. Should have known as soon as we were seated all the way in the back next to the bathrooms. We had about 4 different waitresses. The menus that we were looking at while we were waiting to be seated were NOT the menus given to us when we sat down. Only a limited menu instead with only 4 entrées (including valentine’s day special) they promised they would make us something from off the menu and we were very grateful. We placed our order probably by 8:10. We ordered a drink, a single drink, that was given to us within about 10 minutes. It’s now 8:42. I asked somebody at the bar. “Hey if our food isn’t ready in the next 10 minutes or so, we’re gonna leave but if it is, we would like it to go.” The server at the bar was very nice and said he would find out what was going on with our food. All of a sudden I look over at my table and there is one of the hostesses, who looks like a cheetah girl talking to my mom, who did not make the reservation (I did), about how “one of the chefs called out sick and blah blah blah” my mom said “we don’t want a story. We just want our food” and I asked her “I asked somebody at the bar a question and I’m still waiting for that answer. I don’t know what you’re coming over here to tell me but we really don’t wanna hear it”. She said “FINE I’ll get your check” then she proceeded to storm off. We were done. We were leaving. I was going to pay for the drink, but she proceeds to get into my mom’s face and she says she has to go back to her table and pay. I simply wanted to know if my food was ready and I got some sort of theatrical performance from this whatever you call it restaurant “family run”. This is a horrible place to dine, and I will never be going back there. The guy at the bar also definitely using the bathroom with a bunch of girls, IFYKYK…

It was a very nice experience. Our server Monica explained the menu to us. The food was made to order and was EXCELLENT. Combine the EXCELLENT food and the EXCELLENT service, and you have an EXCELLENT experience.

Restaurant did not honor our reservation. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant was closed. Screwed up our New Years Eve plans.

Had a confirmed reservation for New Year's Eve at 6 pm on Open Table AND through their website. When we got there they told us they closed at 5pm. I saw other review with same problem on different date. This reflects badly on Open Table and website. There was a weak sorry and .. go away please.

There were 4 of us. The food presentation was very nice. Really big portions. The salmon salad was delicious. The blt sandwich was huge, difficult to eat with so much bacon. Both steak meals were way under cooked. They were ordered at médium and both came our rare to raw. They served one with completely different véritables than was listed in the menu. We were there during happy hour, which none of us had because the value Anne options were not good.

Great food! I recommend the pork belly appetizer and the ranch culotte steak. The peanut butter cheesecake is amazing. The service was great and friendly!

This might have been a one off experience however, it did occur to us. We had a reservation and arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservation, and the restaurant did not appear to be busy. The menu items were not many to choose from and I inquired if there was a breakfast menu in addition to this menu, and I was advised that this was the only menu, which was for brunch. There seem to be more outdoor seating than indoor, and it was rather humid. From the time we placed our order, it took 55 minutes for our food to arrive to the table which were not complex meals at all. I ordered steak and eggs and asked for the steak to be medium rare and it came well done and the toast that I was served was only half a slice because we witnessed the other half falling on the floor as it left, the kitchen but nothing was said to us as well. We were only getting half a piece of toast and it did not show up until near the end of the meal. In addition, the toast was so hard because I put our knife into it. The owner did offer to comp our meals and which we excepted. Home fry potatoes, accompanied the steak and eggs, but there was a very small quantity.

Prices are great. Felt bad that our waitress was also working in the kitchen. Will try it out again. Hopefully entree will be better m The apps were fantastic. They did make it right and because of that we will be going back.

Let me start off by saying that I genuinely love Muse and have dined here many times. I will continue to dine here and support this wonderful small business, despite my most recent experience. I reserved a table for 6 at 12pm for their Mother’s Day Brunch (3 adults and 3 children). We were sat promptly, and it appeared that a very large party (probably 15-20 people) was there as well. Our waitress was also serving that table, so I believe she and the kitchen were both overwhelmed. Due to space, Muse tends to sit large parties outside, and it was incredibly warm outside on Mother’s Day. I asked for the fans to be turned up higher when we arrived, and my request was never addressed. The menu was a set-menu allowing a choice for an appetizer, entree, and dessert. We waited an hour to receive our appetizers (and also saw two tables that were sat after us get their appetizers before us). By then I was full on melting and asked again about the fans being turned up. I was told there wasn’t an option for them to be higher (although it appears there is a pull cord on all of them to adjust speed, and they fans on the opposite side we’re going faster than the ones above us). It was another 30 minutes of continuous melting until our entrees arrived, and 2 of our steaks that were ordered as medium rare came out well done. They immediately brought them back to the kitchen to remake them, but after having already waited 90 minutes and being miserably warm, we kindly asked them to please just remove them from our tickets so we could pay for what we had and leave. They offered to remove those two meals from our ticket. The third adult meal that we did pay for was for my mother, and they did not offer to bring her the dessert for the meal (to their credit, they did NOT make us pay for the appetizers we received for my and my husband’s meals). Muse genuinely is wonderful, but I was bummed that was my mother’s first time there. I’ll be back, but maybe not for a holiday :(

I invited a group of 15 friends. None of us had been to Muse before. The online reservation process was seamless. I needed to add more people a couple of times and the staff was quick to respond. Our table was set up and ready for us before our reservation time. We sat outside on the patio. The area was clean. We had 2 servers attending to us, who were both very friendly and efficient. It didn't take long to get our meals after ordering and the food was delicious. I ordered the Truffle Burger and fries. The portions were just the right size and the temperature was just right. I ordered a slice of Key Lime pie to go. The only negative of the entire experience, is I thought the price of the desserts was too high for the serving size.

My steak frites were cold. The fries and the steak. My friends each had the filet which was served with hard yellow squash and hard potatoes. The salad came out with the meal and was sadly limp and drowned in dressing. It was NOT a good experience in any way. We actually laughed it was so bad.

We ate entrees rather than bar food. Pretty good but not great. Would try a burger next time. Owner/Manager was on top of things. Drink was tasty.

I brought my family in to try the restaurant. It was their first time. The food is always so good here and we also enjoyed the wines that we ordered. Kim (our server) was excellent.

It was a wonderful meal. We sat outside at a nice table. The bottle of wine for each couple was nice. The lobster bisque was spectacular,creame,thick and lots of lobster. My filet was perfect,tender and properly cooked. The side dishes were also good. Barley had room for the scrumptious chocolate covered strawberries! It was a meal and aValentines dinner to remember!

The appetizer friend string beans were so very good, especially w a bit of honey from the fritters. I didn't care for the prime rib but the side vegetables were excellent. The staff are kind, concerned, caring and attentive. I would give the staff 10 stars if I could. I prefer more of the steak house vibe for dinner so to me, Muse would be a great luncheon place - just my opinion , but if you like the casual atmosphere for dinner, Muse is perfect.

My wife and I have not been out on NYE for a very long time because of the safety and security of staying home. But since this was a very short drive from home I decided to go out. Aaron and Jenny Straub did not disappoint. 4 courses and bottomless mimosas. Lobster bisque was perfect as usual and the salad was fresh and crisp with a flavorful dressing. Filets and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Our server didn't miss a beat keeping our glasses full. Fantastic night. Thank you staff and management.

Unfortunately when we had dinner it was chilly and windy. We asked to have the shades put down to block the wind but we were told a couple of them directly behind us were broken. When we asked if the portable heaters could be put on we were told that they had no propane. People sitting outside were all bundled up because it was so cold and it certainly took away from our meals. We chose not to have dessert because we did not want to stay any longer. At one point we were told we could possibly move indoors. We were a party of six and they would’ve had to move tables together since the tables inside are four tops. When we walked inside, it was actually colder due to the AC then it was outdoors. Putting the cold weather aside, the food was excellent and the service was spot on. It is a little pricey but what isn’t in this economy? We will go back but not until it’s warmer out. The highlights were the Lobster Bisque, Irish Beef Stew and the Grouper.

The restaurant was lovely and service nice. The manager came over to see us several times. The food was good but a little pricey. I had rib eye that was perfectly cooked. We sat outside which was very nice. I just wish there weren’t TVs hanging. It’s not a sports bar. Parking very difficult. I would definitely go back.

It is so nice to have a new upscale restaurant in the area. The owner and service staff we’re extremely friendly and attentive. The dishes were flavorful and cooked as requested. The free appetizer was unexpected and appreciated. The ambience is rather sterile. With the high ceilings some soft surfaces would help. Some large frames with a variety of colorful mosses would warm up the decor as well as lowering the framed art. More art work in groupings would also also cozy up the place. The decor is not a deal breaker because the staff and the food is outstanding. We will become regulars.

We sat outside on the covered patio. Service was great, servers worked together and were engaging. Our party of 4 shared the charcuterie plate which was a good size and had an amazing variety of cheese, meat, and fruit. I had the shrimp and grits, shrimp were tiny but a good amount and not over cooked, the grits were fabulous more rough cut for good texture contrast. The sauce didn’t overwhelm anything. My husband had the fried chicken which was awesome, the sweet tea sauce made it! Sweet and a hint of spice, we took some home for lunch. Too full for dessert…next time! We’ll be telling our neighbors in Trilogy 😀

Just what Clermont needed. Love the menu and the service is spectacular. Can’t wait to come back. Also, the philosophy of giving back to their employees for their future and education and those in need in our community is icing on the cake. This will be our new favorite. The pork belly and dry aged ribeye is fabulous!
