Defining Rocky Mountain cuisine, Executive Chef Josh Gayer and his team offer local beef, wild game, and sustainable seafood—all prepared fresh in our on-site butcher shop—along with local organic produce and freshly-made baked goods from our in-house bakery. The dessert menu will also impress with creatively-prepared sweet treats and house-made ice cream and sorbet.

Excellent service and cuisine! Loved the bison osso bucco and buffalo bone marrow. Just like The Fort in Morrison Colorado.

The manager was kind and rearraged our tables so that our large party could be closer together. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were out of some food though we did have a late reservation. The dessert menu consisted of 2 items. They were out of the cheesecake and the chocolate flourless cake was so dry it could not be eaten.

We were here last year, and we had Jeremy as our server. We were extremely delighted to have Jeremy again tonight. He is a very attentive and wonderful server and has a way with words to explain all the foods on the menu in a way that we know exactly what to choose. We had a salad with goat cheese and strawberries that was perfectly prepared. Our broccolini was perfectly grilled. Everything was perfect.

We made reservations months in advance and it was underwhelming and disappointing. We ate at 7:15pm, which is unfortunately when the sun is blazing through the the beautiful windows, so see through shades were drawn which interrupted the the view, one of the main offerings. They were out of the osso bucco, so I had the Bolognese instead. It was just ok. It took over 30 minutes for drinks and over 45 for the appetizer. The restaurant wasn't full. To top it off, our waitress was in a mood and was noticeably unpleasant to her assistant/bus girl, multiple times. Even my kids were disappointed. Have a drink and an appetizer and sit outside at the blue heron across the way, much better experience.

We have been going here for years and the prices are high and value low. The menu this year is very limited. The curtains are torn and the place is worn out. It made us sad to see it like this.

The quality of the food was significantly lacking, particularly given the prices. Everythung tasted very generic Cisco. They were also out of several items during our visit, including regular coffee, even though our reservation was at a prime 6:45 dining time. Our server, Rebekkah was lovely though.

The view makes the whole experience worthwhile, but without the view I probably wouldn't recommend. It wasn't bad, but definitely overpriced. Still, very worth supporting National Parks in whatever ways we can, and the views from the restaurant and the hotel in general are completely stunning. Service was also good, with friendly staff.

The room is gorgeous and has the National Park lodge vibe, which I love. It is old school lodge but updated enough to be really cool. The view is amazing and you can see the Tetons in full view. The menu is unique and has lots of fun options. The price is fair for a park. The room warns at sunset time and before so dress in cool clothes, in summer.
