Defining Rocky Mountain cuisine, Executive Chef Josh Gayer and his team offer local beef, wild game, and sustainable seafood—all prepared fresh in our on-site butcher shop—along with local organic produce and freshly-made baked goods from our in-house bakery. Made a reservation days in advance and was seated well after our reservation. Our server was great. Asked for medium rare prime rib that was served medium and cool. It was not very good. I don’t hold high expectations for most national park restaurants but the Mural Room was way over priced for the food quality; even with one the most beautiful views in the world.

Unfortunately had to send my prime rib back twice, changed to filet and it came out badly cooked too. Waiter was apologetic as was manager and my meal was compted. Left hungry.

Outstanding food and environment!! Can not beat the view of the Grand Tetons and the willow flats! Staff are wonderful!!! I give my highest recommendation!!!!

Mural Room lives up to its name, can’t beat the view. Loved the Trout Caesar Salad and the Elk Bolognese.

Very bad experience. Seated at 6:15. Salad arrived 50 minutes later. Main meals showed up 1 hour after that, and looked overcooked and blah. We asked for the manager, who apologized, and we left without eating. While the view is amazing, the kitchen needs help.

Too hot in sun from 5 to 7 pm…yet they won’t seat you anywhere in the shade…only at the window in full sunlight. At the very least, They should buy better shades - the existing shades don’t help at all.

The elk bolognese was excellent but the chicken was dry and overcooked The chocolate cake was very dry and there was very little sauce to help with the dryness the service was ok. I ordered a drink when my dinner arrived and it didn’t show up until I was done with my meal Overall the experience was good but most of that came from the view and ambience

We had a reservation and got there early was told no way we could be seated early. I mean not one minute even though there were many open tables. From then on the service was top notch and of course the views breathtaking. The food was cold!!! And completely over cooked We have eaten here many times the last two will be the last ever.
