Located in Lander, Wyoming near the foothills of the Wind River Range, Mulino is a small town Bistro with big city inspiration. Chef/Sommelier team Joe and Angela Hammer of Philadelphia are at the helm, creating dining experiences for Lander's locals, adventure seekers and tourists passing through town.
The menu offers seasonal flavors and showcases local ingredients as often as possible. Chef/Owner Joe Hammer utilizes a classic background training in French culinary arts to craft fare that is comfortably approachable, yet exciting and adventurous for those who wish to wander off the beaten path. A frequently rotating international wine list, seasonal specialty cocktail menu and local beer selection keeps the beverage program fresh, while appealing to a wide range of palates and price points.

Blown away by Mulino! The food was outstanding, the staff was very friendly and provided great recommendations, and the atmosphere was perfect. We'll definitely be back soon!

They've managed to do the impossible - create and run a restaurant that's somehow family friendly but sleek and sophisticated at the same time. I took my toddler, and was a little nervous dining with a little one at such a groovy venue. But I was put at ease right away when I saw the owner doing the rounds while toting a very adorable baby in a bjorn. My server was super cute with my little guy, and the food was great. In fact, my very picky toddler said "Oh, it's so delicious!" when his spaghetti came. He also really liked the truffle fries. I will certainly dine here again!

As always, the food was excellent. The charcuterie board started off our evening very tastefully. From there we hit the fish, chicken, and pasta and all of it was well prepared. We enjoyed our evening . . . as usual!

It's a great place for dinner with a unique environment! The service was superb. The lasagna is amazing! Wouldn't mind a bit softer music since it's a fun place to talk.

I’ve never been to a restaurant with such high quality food in a small town! Also they were so accommodating! I couldn’t have gluten or dairy and they bent over backwards making sure I had food to eat! Their cocktails were phenomenal as well! You can’t go wrong eating here!

Dinner was wonderful. Every course was perfection. All staff was on point. I would recommend some boots for the parking lot, though. We couldn't find a spot to walk without sinking in the mud, slush and puddles.

My wife and I have been married for over 25 years and this is the best Valentine’s dinner we’ve ever had. This night they had a special multiple course menu. The flavor, quality of Ingredients and the expert cooking were excellent.

My meal at Mulinos always exceeds my expectations! Fresh premium ingredients prepared by a professional chef to perfection. Better meal than we ever had in NY, by far. Nice atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Come to Lander just to enjoy a meal here.
