A truly unique dining and cocktail experience nestled below the main level of the historic Pershing Square Building, in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Mrs. Fish is a subterranean Japanese restaurant lounge providing the perfect gathering place for after-work libations, pre-theater bites or full dining experiences.

*Walk-ins after 10:45pm must be 21+ with ID
*Valet Parking is offered Tuesday – Saturday for $13.00 Cash, $14 Credit Card.
*Our Dress Code is Upscale Casual preferred. Presentable shirts, jeans, or shorts are acceptable.
*We advise guests to arrive at the time of reservation to Check-in for table. We have a 15 minute grace period if guests are running late.

I was here on a dinner date. The ambiance and decor is cool, the fish tanks at the ceiling level does add something different and signature for the place. Service was prompt and friendly. The majority of the dishes we ordered were good (not great) - the oyabun roll was the best thing we ordered, followed up by the nigiri and kaisen roll. It's a good place for Japanese fusion type cuisine. I felt that the meal was quite pricey for what it was. I would come back for some cocktails and the ambiance, maybe some snacks, but I wouldn't come back for dinner again.

Experience could have been better, because our waiter messed up our food and she never even came to say sorry about it. Instead it was their manager was the one who came and took care off it. Lorana was nice to resolve the problem

The food and drinks were nothing to report home about. I’ve had way better sushi and the fried rice was not good at all. It was very soggy and reminded us of the pre-frozen fried rice meals. The baked crab roll was okay though. The restaurant is nice and has beautiful art but I probably won’t return or recommend.

They truly made my large dinner grand. Lisa the manager and the whole team were exceptional. Connor took great care of us was knowledgeable and made great accommodations and recommendations. There was soo much food we couldn’t even finish it all and everything was delicious. Very nice experience and well priced. I’ll def be coming back to try the things I didn’t taste this time around and sending recommendations for small and large parties. Thank you again for making my birthday dinner a highlight.

Ms Fish has amazing views and a giant fish tank with colorful fish. The jazz group that performed was jamming. Dinner was plated and looked like something out of a magazine.

The fish tank experience is not all that but overall a very nice experience. An added plus is the building’s rooftop bar at Perch for after dinner.

The ambiance was great. Vibrant and we enjoyed the live music. The food was flavorful but small portions for what you pay. I was still really hungry at the end. This restaurant is more about the environment than the food - not that different than most places in DTLA.

Post just wanted to change your reservations to the sushi bar when I didn't make a request for that and then told us we had only an hour and 15 minutes in order to enjoy it or dinner. Felt under pressure the whole time there.

The customer service is a 4 stars Ritz Carlton from the valetparking , hostess, servers and bar tender. The food arrived within 10 minute after ordering. Everything was delicious and satisfying.

Loved it! That's it and that's all. Staff was amazing. Management was great and patient with my large party of 20 including some difficult guest (Not Me) but management handled everything in a very professional and polite way. I'll definitely be back, but with less people lol

Server was flat out GREAT...! Food was not the best Sushi in DTLA (or in O.C. for that matter)... but a very hip environment made up the slack. Portions were decent. Quality was very good, no doubt about.

Our first visit, but we will be back again soon for sure. Excellent service and ambience with live music on Tuesdays was a bonus! Delicious menu and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered - cannot recommend enough. A perfect venue to celebrate our son's 30th Birthday!

One of us ordered a cocktail that was smoked. The glass lid used to cover the drink broke when the server revealed the smoke, and I ended up covered in shards of glass. It is not safe to serve this drink since the lid was defective.
