We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was good. The issue was that we ordered the Chicken Diane and the Duck Confit. While the chicken was generously portioned, moist, and delicious, the duck was tiny and dry. They give you just the leg (instead of the traditional way, with the thigh) and it was $45. We told them that unfortunately it was dry and we made a point of saying we offer the feedback constructively and that the chicken, by contrast, was wonderful, but all they did was apologize. No bill adjustment of any kind. If you're going to charge $45 for a dish, you need to execute it well. If you don't, you need to acknowledge that and make it right. We realized in retrospect that we should have sent it back at the first bite; we are just not that kind of people. Lesson for next time! Also, I live in the neighborhood, so I didn't feel like I'd go back after they made no amends. So they lost a local who could come often if they had responded well. Again, they were not rude at all; just, did nothing except offer to mention it to the chef.

Third time dining here and best experience yet. Food just seems to get better each time. Great service and nice outside seating area.

The food is quite good. (Especially the duck and the very cute chip-n-dip.) The service is outstanding. And all wine is half off on Wednesdays!

Waited 1 hour to be seated. They were certainly overbooked. No gesture, nothing. Except a bill of 100$ per person

Exceptional all around. A lot has changed since they've first opened, and the food has gotten A LOT more sophisticated. Pretty much everything we ordered was fantastic -- lumpia, steak tartare (thai style -- really good), the shaved cauliflower (probably my favorite, not what you expect, just try it), uni, swiss chard dumplings. Crudo was just OK and mains are solid but not as inventive as the appetizers. One of the best meals I've had in LA this year. Some of the aforementioned dishes are equal to the 2 and 3 star restaurants I recently went to in Paris. They now truly live up the the Asian-inspired French Fusion theme.

The food was a bit hit or miss. Drinks were great. Wine was great. Some things were exceptional and some not so much. The deserts were amazing. Our waitress was excellent. Hostess not so much. Looks like a cool place to grab a drink. Parking was easy.

We really enjoyed the food! A number of the dishes felt fresh and inventive, especially the cabbage, crab & shrimp mousse lumpia, and their version of the chips & dip. Branzino was delicious too. The gem salad was a mild disappointment, one of our guests didn’t want to try the citrus salad which might be more interesting, but even as a traditional salad, the gem could be better seasoned or dressed or something else could elevate it. The Paris Brest for dessert was perfect! Great mocktails too - and a nice vibe/atmosphere and very kind attentive service. We’ll be back!

Très bonne adresse de plats français revisités avec des inspirations japonaises. Les portions sont bonnes et le rapport qualité/élaboration/prix est justifié. Je recommande vivement Mr.T.

Food is great…they are famous for their mac and cheese but now unfortunately they FORCE you to sit at the bar to order it. You can order full menu at the bar….but limited menu at the tables. Sort of backwards.

I've never been disappointed with returning to this restaurant. This is my fourth time bringing friends from abroad to dine together. The menu has changed since my last visit, but the food remains delicious. My friends were impressed with the food, ambiance, and service of this place.

They need to hire more people. There was basically no server for us. The only server for the patio only showed up for taking the check.

Excellent service in a nice ambiance in this French Japanese fusion Starters were ok - main course very good Chinese Branzino along with my Duck a’la orange - acceptable wine list good pairing - appreciated French speaking servers and desert was delightful - overall 4 stars and will return Good value and a pleasant experience overall

Been there many times and will keep coming back! Amazing original dishes. The Uni appetizer is to die for. The short ribs and reduction was incredible. And the Paris Brest is one of a kind. And the cocktail was splendid!

It’s a shame this place is tucked away around the corner, but doesn’t seem like it has any trouble getting people to come in. Great service and AMAZING food. Everything we had was amazing. Will be going here again

It's always a good time here. They periodically change the menu, which keeps it fresh and new. The staff is always so attentive and cool. Love this place. That's why I go often.

T has an indoor & outdoor area with nice atmosphere. Good for Dinner. Appetizers are on a smaller size and can be shared between two people. Portobello mushroom was not my favorite as I couldn’t tell what was inside the crispy outside. Cocktail wasn’t great. Would I go back? Maybe

Mr T is a beautiful restaurant that makes me think of the south of France with its olive trees and a fountain and the lighting is so peaceful. There is also a lounge where one can have a drink with a fire pit music and a large screen. The inside is bistrot ambience and service is impeccable. You have a choice between sitting inside or outside. Personally outside by the olive trees is my favorite!

This is a true gem. Wonderful food, wine, drinks. Dishes are clever and delicious, with the cooking rooted in classical French training, but incorporating flavors from around the globe.

Tried Mr. T for the first time last night and it was delicious. Alan was our server, and he couldn't have been sweeter. The Lemon Buccatini and the Short Rib were stand outs. Definitely will be coming back!

First the good stuff. The ambience and the landscaping for outdoor dining is over the top great and the location is easy to find and access! The valet parking convenient and reasonable ($10). It was the first friday after the Christmas Holidays, so not busy. The service was super and turnaround time on the food order very quick. Second the not so good stuff. Portions are small. The sea bass was a baby fish. The mac n cheese was small and $22!! To me, great restaurant but the food is just overpriced and portions small. However, it's worth it to give it a try. You may have a difference experience.

At first we thought this place must have been a dud because it was dead quiet and we were literally the only people there on a saturday night, but everything from start to finish was superb. Kaylee, our server, was upbeat and helpful (and cute). The beet salad was fantastic, the sauce on the branzino was really flavorful, and the puff pastry apple dessert was out of this world.

Excellent food, service, and ambience! The food was delicious. However, it would have been better if our orders didn’t took so long to arrive. Other than this, it’s a great place for special occasions.
