    Very good service, decent food. Had the ribeye and shrimps combo, would be great to have 4 instead of only 2 shrimps. Cesar salad was great!

    It was good enjoyed the food and service the workers were awesome fast and understanding good place to spend money for a good meal and drinks

    Mr. Mike's West Edmonton Mall has always been accommodating. We love going here on any occasion because getting a table is easy as they make room for you even if it's busy. Food is great as usual and quality was never sacrificed. 6 stars if I could! Keep up the good work.

    Food was great, food server was a bit rushy and almost spilt hot gravy on my wife when she put the plates down too fast, but overall was a good experience. I do recommend they turn the music down a little bit though as it was hard to talk to one another.

    We asked to be seated inside where it is brighter, but would have had to wait. Had to use phone flash to see menu items where we were seated. Front section had feel of repurposed garage space! Had to send steak back -asked for medium rare, received well-done. Server sorted the issue out very efficiently. Back ribs very okay but not great. Likely won't return.

    Service was slow, but we were informed that the kitchen was behind. Food was ok, not anybetter than that.

    The hosts were great and accommodated a few extra people in our reservation. We were very grateful for that. Our server was very nice, great with the kids, attentive and friendly. Our appetizers took very long, well over 45 minutes and when our entrees came part way through my salad I found a long hair that I literally had to pull out of my mouth and it was stuck under lettuce in my salad so clearly it was not mine. It was very disgusting.

    The waitress we had made our experience excellent. Explained the menu and specials very well. Her recommendations were right on par!
