What a change! Stopped eating here 2 years ago because the food was awful but decided from the reviews to give it another try. Management has changed and so has the dining experience! Food was good and service was great (thanks Niki).

I had the 7 oz Fillet Mignon and a lobster tail,with the mashed potatoes and a side salad The steak was done perfectly,medium just the way I like it The lobster tail was very good also For desert I had the Rocky Mountain Madness and it tasted delicious

The music is way too loud. Definitely not a restaurant to go and relax at. The waiter was very good and efficient.

Mr Mike's went above, we had a last minute addition and they were able to upgrade us. Food portions were great, service was beyond admirable,, meal timing was on key with management helping during a very busy time, will use again.

We hadn’t been to Mr Mikes for a while but our server recognized us right away. She even remembered where we sat last time. I can’t recall her name but she was very friendly, professional and attentive. Our meal was thoroughly enjoyed as well. We always have great service and we’re never disappointed.

Great waitress/service. My medium rare ribeye was 3/4 of an inch thick. I am used to a medium rare steak being twice that thick. Other than that the food was done right and was good. Would recommend.

Garlic bread was extremely hard and cold, drinks went empty constantly, had to remind staff about our order. I understand it was busy but things should not be forgotten in an order.

We were happy to get a last minute reservation with it being New Years eve. Our server was awesome, the food was great and we had a nice time. We always enjoy dining at Mr Mike's in Fort St John. Great service and we have never had a bad meal! 5 stars from us!

Enjoyed a nice dinner at Mr Mikes - Fort St. John. Being my first visit to this establishment I had high hopes for a great experience and steak dinner. We reserved online through the website and arrived at our specified time. The restaurant was busy but not overly crowded. The lure was a little confusion on where we were to be seated with the front staff but we were seated quite quickly. The booths are large enough to seat 6 adults! Our waitress quickly offered a high chair for our youngest and made us feel comfortable. The Ribeye Steak dinner did not disappoint. Ordered Medium Rare and it was cooked to perfection. The ribeye was very tender and almost melted in your mouth. The mashed potatoes were flavoured perfectly. The only part that did disappoint was the mushrooms added on the steak. They were very bland and didn’t add anything to the steak (except $$). Would definitely eat at this establishment and recommend to others.

It was our 1st night out in 2 years. Always have liked Mr Mikes so that is where we went. Enjoyable meal and night out for us.

Food was fabulous though quite overpriced. We had a beautifully cooked steak and the lobster potatoes. Tasted great but was not worth $55 plate! Waitress was friendly but only came by our table 3 times during our stay. It took her 37 minutes to bring our bill! She broke a glass at the next table which splashed us as well, took 3 girls 10 minutes to clean the mess. At the end of it all, we had no other choice but to pay a $30 tip for really lousy service! Not a great night to celebrate a milestone birthday!

The waitress was amazing I recommend the steak bites and the ribeye. A little pricey but the steak and beer was good . Not hungary when I left and my wife and I enjoyed the date

Love being able to reserve on Open Table and to be able to add a note for our reservation. We prefer the Lodge side and we’re always accommodated. Our server was awesome, the food was great and so was our company. It felt great to be able to socialize.

We had a highschooler serving us, Nathan. Wife and I are both teachers and it was great to see him excel in his first solo-shift. His service was excellent! We also have a toddler and they were fabulous at adjusting to her needs, etc. A+!

It was perfect! A great place to sit with friends and be able to have a conversation. Our food was prompt and I felt a little rushed out when paying was presented almost at the last bite, then we sat for at least an hour after and was never approached anymore after that by our sever. We knew we would be there for a while and it all moved so quickly (a great thing) That it would have been nice to have been able to keep the drinks going as we continued to have our meeting. It was all great though

We went to celebrate our wedding anniversay and all the staff were incredibly friendly and they all wished us a happy anniversary , they took an amount off our bill and they also gave us a card with all the staff signatures and a gift card

Sadly our last several visits have been disappointing. The last three times I have ordered the steak sandwich and I debated about ordering it this last visit. I shouldn't have. Previously the steak was larger (option to upgrade) and had consistently been cooked properly. These last times, the steak has been quite small and in each instance poorly cooked. I order my steak rare but this last time it was blue - and tough to boot. Often my wife and I will each order the steak sandwich and there will be significant differences in our steaks despite ordering them exactly the same. On our last visit my children each had the ribs and they were overcooked, dry and undersauced. Service has been consistently lacking over the last several visits as well. In general not what I would expect for a $200+ meal. I think it is time to look elsewhere.

Great Service, Following good CoVid Protocols, with using only every second table it was easy to visit quietly! The food was good. My only complaint is that the China Stir-fry should have more vegetables and less noodles. I felt they gave a big bowl to make the meal look huge but tons of noodles!

While we enjoyed our meals my husband was ill for most of the following day, he had the chicken quesadilla. We had told the staff that it was our anniversary and they made a bit of a fuss of us, but we were disappointed that we didn't receive any special treatment like you do for birthdays. Overall we enjoyed it though.

It was wonderful to go out for dinner, the restaurant was beautifully quiet, service was excellent and the service was excellent. Our only other comment was the smaller menu was a bit disappointing. We will be back again for sure.
