Staff was friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Given the wrong menu twice and had to change my order twice because of it. Had to ask for water refills. Sat outside but was placed by an open back gate/door that was never closed. All small things but never encountered these annoyances before at a Bartolotta location. My steak was a cooked a bit more than my medium rare request. Food and service still above average and will try Bartolotta’s again hopefully seeing that our last visit was just an “off” night.

Filet was ordered medium. It was medium well. Very little pink but in the very center. Taste was great but overcooked.

Never been disappointed at Mr. B’s We enjoy their combo of 8oz fillet with scallops and a bottle of Clarke & Telephone.

Our steak was not very good. Drinks were great as was the service. We will try again another time, but we were disappointed with the steak.

All in all it was a good meal - not the best but good nonetheless. We just feel that over the past few years the ambience of this restaurant has slipped plus service isn’t quite as “special”. Perhaps it was an off night but disappointing and we expected more.

We were there for a double date and it was our first time at the restaurant. The service was impeccable and the food was great. We were very pleased with our experience and will return.

This is very average. Its prices are in line with Carnivore and other higher end better tasting local steakhouses that are much better bang for your buck. The servers were pleasant and responsive, but the food was ho-hum. I don’t like writing negative reviews at all, this is my honest opinion.
