We hadn’t been to Moxies for a while, and I was impressed that the menu had so many items that sounded good. My appie was good, if not super garlicky (it was the tomato/feta dip). My husband ordered the salmon, and the guacamole appetizer. My meal was only the appetizer, so we asked to have all the food come out together. The salmon came out too under - medium rare/rare, which the server very quickly said is how the chef always prepares it (sounded like she was ready for a complaint, perhaps she’s had many). He asked if it could please be cooked further. We ate the appies while waiting, but It literally took so long for it be re-fired, that I was completely done eating my appie (dinner) when it came. It was literally a good 15-20 minutes. The server wasn’t apologetic, and my husband found the meal as a whole to be disappointing. There are too many other great places to eat for us to hurry back here anytime soon. It used to be that Moxies was a good choice when you didn’t want to spend a lot, but the prices have definitely gone up..too high for what you get for sure.

We were celebrating my 52nd Birthday (We had indicated that on the reservation). Our waitress was such a let down. No acknowledgment of why we were here for the visit, nor did she engage in any meaningful conversation. She couldn't get the drink order right, offered no water, and never checked on me or my wife for refills or anything. At the end of the dinner service she asked if we wanted split bills, knowing we were married??? Like wow so dense. We were polite thru everything and just chalked it up to one bad employee. The food was however really good and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and polite. I don't think will be back, as we have had so many better evenings out in other restaurants. Wouldn't recommend this place.

The restaurant is very dirty, windows, walls, tables, floors, etc. fruit flies in February. bathrooms in need of repair (door handles broken). burgers were undercooked. we sent two orders back and second time around they were still undercooked, despite asking for well done. They offered to provide the table a free dessert and still ended up charging us. Will not return, or recommend this location to anyone.

I love moxies, but this is the only location that downsizes their food for the same price. We asked about it, and the manager just blamed it on us for "remembering wrong." Other than that, its still a great place to eat. I would just recommend a different location.

We came there to see the incredibly good looking, new general manager Alex Cavaglia but he was training at the south location that night. We will come again to hopefully bask in his glory. Boom, my brother!

To be fair, it was New Year’s Eve so we shouldn’t be expecting great. The waitress was excellent. The starters were very good. The mains were not. My wife had the rigatoni which was just ok but my steak was not done right (borderline blue rare instead of medium) and the vegetables were very bad. Desserts were great.

Overall very good but waitress was a bit off-putting noticeably by her facial expressions. Obviously she was near the end of her shift and wanted to leave.

Came here for my love and I’s 4 year anniversary and I am so happy we chose this Moxie’s. Our server Macie was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I were 110% satisfied. The food and drinks were delicious and the decor of this restaurant is top notch. They were even extremely kind in offering us a key lime pie for our anniversary on the house! I will definitely coming back on a regular basis and recommend others come to this location.

Moxie’s is a great place to go if you want to have a visit and a great meal. I appreciate that there are no TVs or music blaring so if you want to visit and catch up with a friend, it is a great place to go. Food is always good, being able to make a reservation on a weekend night is a real bonus as well!

I had lunch with a business client in the lounge. The food was excellent however the service was terrible. Even my client remarked how poor it was. I finally had to wave the server down for the bill with my credit card high in the air. She had no focus, very linear. Very dissapointing. I left a 10% tip, in reality it should have been "0", however I did not want to be rude. Also, the lounge was not busy, there were many empty tables throughout the lunch hour.

We were there just after the lunch hour rush so pretty empty The first member of our party was early and sat for at least 10 min before be seen by host. Food was cold, steak was almost raw when asked for medium. Yeah I got a free dessert. Took food home because everyone had eaten by the time I got my new order all were finished eating. Won’t go back to this location.

I am very glad we were able to eat outside. I find most restaurants way too noisy to be able to socialize. I think restaurants really need to rethink the loud blasting music so everyone has to scream ant each other to hear. I understand it being louder in a bar but when you’re in the restaurant, it shouldn’t be so noisy that you can’t hear the other person. I always forget how noisy a restaurant can be until I get there. Luckily this time we were able to sit outside and it made it much more enjoyable.

They wanted to seat us with young kids in the bar. The was dust webs on the lights at the table. When the kids asked for a kids menu they were told they don’t have any so they had to order adult meals only to find out there is kids menus.
