Moxies is one of the best restaurants in uptown Dallas, located in The Crescent, just minutes away from the American Airlines Center. I selected that we were celebrating a birthday in the Open Table app, but it was never acknowledged or celebrated when we got there? I don’t understand the purpose of asking the purpose of the visit if nothing is to come of it. Other than that, enjoyed the food, although i think the beef bolognese could’ve used more salt. Loved the ambience, and we lucked up going when the playoffs were on, so it was good to be able to watch that with a good proximity to a tv while we were eating.

Food was great. The steak bites are great. The chipotle mango chicken was the best dish. Only thing that could have been better was the sticky toffee pudding.

Food was marginal, service wasn’t the best. We could tell our waitress was waiting on tables that she had a personal friendship with. When she came by, it was more of her checking off a box and disingenuous.
