Food and service was good except one meal didn’t come as ordered and we had to order something else. They took half off the bad meal.

Had a 4:30pm reservation. We were seated and then sat for 15minutes with not even a water. There was one other table occupied on the first floor and they had a server, but we were ignored. For 15minutes we sat and tried to get her attention, but after that we got up and left. Lots of staff standing around, but not a person looking to work. It appeared if you were seated outside upstairs you received service. We asked to sit outside, but we were told it was too cold. Overall a complete waste of time.

We sat upstairs, the view was great, the windows were open and our waiter/bartender was the best! Definitely the best service I have had there since they have opened! And the food is always amazing!

We were sat pretty quickly but that was the highlight of our night. My Manhattan on the rocks was servered in a martini glass with ice cubes and no cherry. First time I’ve seen that. Water never filled and waitress disappeared for long periods of time. Bartenders were standing around when our drinks were not being delivered and when asked…they said the order was put just 3 minutes ago and yes…while that was true why are you standing around? Meals we’re average. Nobody ever stopped to clean plates or check on us. Really unfortunate night. At a certain point they asked if our entire table could be moved 5 feet over to accommodate a big party. For some reason we agreed - and service got worse. After asking us to get up while we were eating to move out table you would think that the manager would check back but that never happened. Horrible service, mediocre food and bad drinks. Not the night I was hoping for in Boston.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had to add a person to our reservation and they were able to still seat us quickly. Great food and big portions!
