We just moved to the Omaha area and this was our first experience. Jennie was great :) she answered all of our questions, shared the best of the menu and specials with us, checked on us regularly and was promtp and courtesous through our entire experience. Highly recommend!!!

The Easter Brunch was very good, considering how busy the restaurant was. The staff were attentive and kept everything flowing. The space felt a little cramped but it was Easter so understandable.

Very disappointed. Expected much more for 36 dollars each. Eggs were cold and tasteless. Pork loin at carving station was dry and tasteless. Grits were clumpy and dry. French toast was placed in small bowl and there was not enough as it was right by the carving station and was gone as quickly as they put them out. Potatoes were very good. Service was good. I really like this place normally, but this was a disappointment.

For this being their first time doing a holiday buffet it was very well done. They efficiently sat us and got us drinks and to the buffet. The buffet was kept full and the food options were sooo good. Would definitely do this again. Mother’s Day? 😉

We have eaten at both locations. Went to the Old Market for their Easter buffet. So much food to choose from and all delicious. They had a carving station that had pork tenderloin and banana foster French toast. Also a salad table, a fruit and pastry table and an omelet station with a ton of options. The main section had numerous selections of main courses and side dishes. Our server, Sam, was excellent. She was engaging, a delight to talk to and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back for their next buffet.

Love this location. The building and decor are beautiful. The food is always consistent, and tastes amazing, and it comes pretty quickly after ordering. My favorite restaurant to visit before a show at the Orpheum.

Food was absolutely top notch. I had chicken gumbo, jambalaya with blackened chicken and a Nola punch. All was terrific. Will plan to return again.

Everyone in our group loved their food and the service was excellent. Fantastic beer selection and so many great menu choices. The perfect place for dinner before or after Creighton games. We will definitely be back.

The Appetizers were very tasty! The entrees were plentiful and full of flavor. I could have made a meal out of the Boudin Balls! They give you 5 with remoulade sauce. I have to go back and try more on the menu!

I only gave a mediocre score because we had to send food back for being cold. Also, the drinks came well after we had our entrees. Once everything was sorted- food and drinks were great.

I ordered the "BOURBON STREET SURF & TURF" which specifically says it includes a 'Center cut filet.' What I received was definitely not a filet, it was a strip with a line of fat down the side. I brought it up to the server and he actually told me it was filet which was just a bold face lie but I guess what else is he going to say lol I won't ever go back here to be honest.

Chose MOTS for a birthday and pre-event dinner. The place was FULL and buzzing. Our server was very attentive despite all that was going and very willing to assist with our slight rush. Two of us ordered the featured M&C, one Kickin Chicken Pasta and one the catfish perdue in addition to the boudin balls and mussels appetizers. Several had drinks. Probably one of the best visits. Jennifer our server helped immensely.

Went there before a show. My wife got a good burger off happy hour menu and I had red snapper. Good service. Good good. I give it 5 stars cuz it’s exactly what we wanted.

Unfortunately when we arrived at 7pm there was a packed house due to a Creighton game and an event at the orpheum. Plus a party room of 50 people. This was our first time at this location so we definitely had bad timing. Kitchen was slammed which meant it took almost an hour to get bread and salad. Fries under cooked and my prime rib seemed like a bad cut of meat. The waitress did give us credit in the fries. The waitress was very transparent on the situation and very nice. We still did tip 20% due to her being so nice. We will have to try again at a better time where its not so busy with downtown events.

The staff and good was excellent! The music was good but way too loud for a dinner service. We couldn’t talk to each other and the table behind us was yelling the whole time because of the music.

Food was delicious, great staff. Just that it was my daughter’s birthday, and my mother’s. Nothing special, I noted a special occasion. I was expecting a slice of cake or something for them. Next time we’ll go somewhere that makes the “special occasion” special and not just a regular night out for dinner

Wasn’t planning on going to Mouth of the South but when my son’s plane was delayed and we missed our original reservation at a different restaurant, we decided to give them a try. So glad we did!! The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! Definitely will go again and again.

First time eating there. Will definitely return. The drinks were good and good value during happy hour! I tried the kickin chicken pasta, it tasted great and the servings were big. Will definitely bring husband next time, he loves Cajun food.
