Everything about our experience at Mountain View Chalet was perfect. We especially enjoyed the tableside Cherries Jubilee preparation. The chef really know how to chef! Our appetizers, salad, and mains were absolutely amazing.

Excellent pan seared scallops for me. Others all enjoyed their meals, chicken dishes and mushroom ravioli. Included side salad was plain, just fair. We will be back.

Sorry, we went for Mother’s Day for a 6:00 reservation I made a month prior. I didn’t know it was going to be a buffet and that wasn’t great for my 88 year old Mother in Law. The food was not that hot. It normally is great. I guess it is my fault for not checking with the restaurant itself and just using open table.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment in our Mother's Day menu, Suzanne. We do encourage our customers to check our website for any menu changes regarding holidays so there are no surprises. Due to the high amount of stress on the kitchen on holidays with big crowds, we are forced to condense our menu or do buffet to relieve that stress on the kitchen. If for any reason you or any of your guests are unable to get through the buffet line, our staff is more than happy to help you and get you anything you need, so please don't hesitate to ask for any help. Again, we do apologize for the misunderstanding, and we hope that this won't deter you from visiting again.

We went for Mothers Day brunch. All buffet food was hot and very good. Nice selection as well.

This is not our first trip here. We are always very happy with the service and the food. It's a nice quiet setting with plenty of cocktails and wines to choose from to go along with your meal. The sea bass and risotto was cooked to perfection, as was the Veal marsala.

Overall had a good time. The food was excellent as well as the wait staff. The ambiance and decor could use a bit of updating but overall worth a visit.

The food was spectacular. I have never had a bad meal here. We did 2 anniversary parties for my parents her and the food and service is always excellent. Our server was so sweet and she didn't rush us at all. I highly recommend the Chalet.

We had an excellent time. The service our waiter gave us was wonderful. He had an excellent sense of humor. I had chicken Murphy and a salad. My date had beet salad and escargot and scallops. The dishes were very good. We took home leftovers. I recommend this restaurant highly. Thank you.
