A wonderful experience. The flavors were unique in the best way. We enjoyed every single dish, each prepared with a flavor profile that was surprising and new to us. The service was impeccable as well.

Grey, our server, was wonderful - he definitely helped us decide on selections based on our mood and taste preferences. Everything was meticulously prepared, balanced, and delicious. Noise level grew louder as the night moved on, but that’s to be expected - we were able to comfortably enjoy conversation. This place lives up to its rave reviews and high expectations! I hope to have some of their Peking Duck someday!! (Order a day in advance!)

What a wonderful experience. Best chinese in Vancouver. The atmosphere feels like you ate in Homg Kong or New York. Its an absolute treasure to the vancouver dining scene. The service is very sophisticated.

The food was fine but the table we had was too large without a lazy Susan. The distances between the 5 of us also resulted the difficulty to converse with each other in a noisy setting.

Outstanding dinner for our anniversary! Great food, quality is top tier and the range of dishes is amazing! Went with the wok Dungeness crab for a main dish and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and service staff were all top end. Very few restaurants give an experience like this. We will be back.

The restaurant, and the food is truly outstanding. However, our server left a lot to be desired. Firstly, she was not very friendly. We got the sense that she was looking down on us for some reason, and we agreed that she seem to be quite arrogant. She never came around to ask us how our dinner was. She didn’t ask us if we needed anything else after the food was served. We had to flag another server to get water in our glasses a second time. When it came time to pay, it, took her almost 25 minutes to get the bill to us. I don’t know why this server has decided to work at such an upscale and fancy restaurant as you have. She is very pretty, but it seemed that she was doing us a favor to serve us as a consequence. She got a small tip from us and it was quite clear that she was also very unhappy with that. I will come back to your restaurant again, but I will not have that person. Serve me again.

Hello, I have been at least 4 times since opening and family and I really have enjoyed the experience. Very authentic, clean flavours and wonderful use of ingredients. Today while dining we experienced a different experience, the Peking duck was dry, the black cod was extremely sweet and no need for a breading- a bit disappointing given the price. This time around we experienced quite a few dishes had a sweet element, almost the opposite if my last visits. I am wondering if the chefs are catering to the western palette and not staying true to authentic flavours. Thank you for having us…

The waitstaff was very attentive and pleasant. However, having read up about your chain, we expected amazing food and were disappointed by it. The duck salad was doused in dressing, the dim sum soup was very good, the couple dishes others were unremarkable, the dried chili chicken was very good.

We were disappointed with our overall experience. We've dined at the Vegas location and it was far and away much better. Food here was lacking soul (it was missing wok hei), and was mediocre at best. Duck was dry and chewy. Noodles were bland. Salty fried rice. Much better in Las Vegas

The dumplings are simply exceptional. We have one lunch a year in Vancouver and it has to be here. Great venue. Awesome food .

One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. We were there for my brother's birthday, and he absolutely loved it. Michelle, our server, was amazing at her job, made sure to check in with us every time she passed by, and even surprised us with a special birthday cake. We will definitely come back here soon! If you are seeking an above-and-beyond dining experience in Vancouver, this place is the perfect spot. I would not only come back for the food but also for the service I received from the amazing team! A 10 out of 10 experience.

Love their dim sum tasty delicate and high quality ingredient. The server is great just the manager spilt tea on my friend.

Service is terrible. The people that work there have a terrible attitude with customers, especially the 3 guys in black jackets which are probably managers. It’s a pity because food is good and other Mott 32 restaurants we’ve been to had been great but the service is so bad here. For the price point of this restaurant there were multiple things that should not happen: got dim sum before the 1st drinks; ordered the duck and the plate with skin sat there for 5 mins before being brought to our table while the guys in black jackets just looked at it; ordered wine and had to stand up to get the decanter by myself because no one would pour us more wine; crepes were brought 5 mins after the duck was served; in the middle of dinner the serves says “we are closing the kitchen so what do you want for dessert”? very bad experience overall.

Enjoyed our experience. When living in Hong Kong we were frequent diners of Mott 32. Peking duck & Iberico pork were just as delicious as those we remember eating in Hong Kong. It is very expensive however, its important to note.
