The food was outstanding! The quality and flavor exceeded our expectation. However, we made reservations at 10pm and upon arrival, we were told that the restaurant closes at 10pm. It was puzzling because we made a clear reservation at 10pm. That being said, we felt that the waitress at the bar where we sat was not happy about our arrival and her hospitality was not where we’d expect given that we are going to be enjoying a meal that is costly. I can understand her frustration because she probably wanted to go home but we made a reservation. However, we can’t say enough about how delicious our meal was so we will definitely go back in despite of the hospitality.

Terrific food - Nueske’s Bacon Steak was a great starter to share, Prime Bone-In Ribeye was prepared perfectly, the Matchstick Fries were dangerously addictive and the Hot Chocolate Cake provided a nice finish. Warm and helpful staff.

I loved the ambiance, but the service could have been better. My server could have been more attentive. We seemed to be always calling on another server because ours was MIA. My lamb chops were over cooked and needed some salt. They replaced them but by then I asked for the check. This is my 2nd time eating at Morton’s unfortunately there will not be a third time.

My husband and I entered and were seated all whilst receiving odd stares from what we believe to be the manager throughout the duration of our meal(we were the only non-white couple there). The waiters on the other hand were wonderful. I had a steak and my husband a lamb chop both ordered medium well. My steak was cooked fine lacked flavor while one of my husbands lamb chops were raw and the other one medium well. It was disgusting. We were comped but it was concerning. If it was not for the wait staff this would be a 0/10. But it is definitely not worth the expense.

It was the first time that a restaurant had responded to a comment from me (reason for the meal) in this way. That was really incredible and outstanding!

The team at Morton’s was very welcoming, which we appreciated. However, service was very slow. The food quality was amazing as always, but some entrees came out colder than we have received previously.
