The restaurant ran out of lobster tail and spinach. And as far as the bill, you can not have separate checks. It has to be one check. That was disappointing! However they do treat you good for your birthday

I was quite optimistic about our server, but she turned out to be really great. Great service great food. I would definitely recommend Morton’s.

I ordered my steak it was over done. Ordered the most expensive steak. That was also overdone. A side dish baked potato was burnt. I took family there for the first time I was embarrassed. The food was outrageously expensive the kitchen destroyed the steaks.

Overall experience was ok, but not impressive. We arrived st 1:25pm (reservation was for 1:30p) seated at 1:45pm. We ordered within 15 - 20 minutes of being seated. Food took over an hour for seven people. We were not impressed with the food for a $867.31 bill and my mother’s first experience did not live up to what I’ve experienced before at Morton’s. The following was shared with our server. 1 steak and lobster entree came out under cooked. 2 entrees were cold and had to be sent back to heat up. The Mac and cheese was not flavorful at all and was not eaten due to the taste. Unfortunately, due to the amount spent and the experience, I will not be returning. I will try other Landry’s restaurants. Thank you

My mom, sister and I went to Mortons for a pre-Mother's day dinner and everything from the food to the experience was extremely underwhelming. We had a 6:15 reservation, unfortunately our table wasn't ready upon arrival. It took approximately 10-15 minutes for a table to become available which is understandable given that they seemed to be moderately busy due to it being Mother's day weekend. It took awhile for our server TED to greet us and through out our time, I would not say that he was the most attentive waiter. There seemed to be long pauses between him returning to our table and he even took orders from tables who were seated after us before returning to our table and taking our order for appetizers. The Food: My mother and sister shared a tomahawk steak that was cooked to the correct temp but bland. I ordered a bone-in ribeye that was supposed to be medium but seemed to be medium-well and was also unseasoned. We also ordered a loaded baked potato, creamed corn, creamed spinach, asparagus, and au gratin potatoes to share, none of which were seasoned well or memorable. When the best tasting side that you offer is a baked potato you seriously need to examine your quality control and possibly revamp your menu. The bread which took an extended time to arrive at our table was essentially a large dry onion roll with no pizazz, no honey butter, just a plain, dry, large onion roll...who signed off on this? The Wagyu meatballs as an appetizer were dry and overcooked. A total of $500 for 3 people which included the food listed above plus two cocktails, two desserts, and tip. Everything about this restaurant from the food to the dining experience was bland, boring, and underwhelming. I'm not a fan of Ruth Chris but if it's a choice between Mortons and Ruth Chris go with Ruth Chris, the quality of food was definitely better than Mortons.

We had a great experience! The wagyu steak was cooked to perfection. The lobster tails and shrimp cocktail were divine. The cocktails were amazing and the service from Ted was top notch. We can’t wait to come back!

This experience was much better than our last experience. Our waiter Jerry was fantastic. The prices remain high, but the service was fantastic this time and the food was delicious.

Our first time here and it was amazing! The staff was wonderful the food was outstanding I can’t wait to come back! Also loved the personalized menus for my mom!

The manager and server was EXCELLENT. My steak was rare I ordered med then they sent it back and came back well done. I don’t care for it at all. I could tell the taste was good if it was correct

Special Occasion dining because it is so expensive! My bday. They took a complementary photo and covered our wonderful hot chocolate cake for dessert. Bill for 2 was $350 with tip. Service was great. Our server was very personable. Will definitely return....just not right away!

What a Fantastic Evening!!! The Lobster Bisque was incredible! The Nueske Bacon Steak was amazing! Ribeye Steak was phenomenal! The Creme Brulee was awesome! Ryan was an excellent Server! Highly Recommend!!!

Sat too long before the order was taken!!! Then when the order was taken..it took nearly 20 minutes to get the food!! The prices are extremely too high..the service is sub standard..at least that night!! The cocktails $18 per was too expensive for the quantity!!

Every meal at Morton’s is great experience. The service here blows away any other restaurant we’ve been to -high end or otherwise. The waiters are so personable, friendly, and laid back that it truly feels like they are trying to build relationships, while still being extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Ian was such a joy today and we were delighted every time he stopped to check in. Our steaks were just a bit cooler than the ordered temp, but that can always be chalked up to a busy Saturday night so not a big worry. Beautiful presentation and family sides always add to the specialness of a Morton’s meal. Thanks again, Ian!

I had an INCREDIBLE experience for my birthday. This was my first time at this restaurant and I was not disappointed. The waitress was very sweet and took her time explaining the menu items. The food was AMAZING! Worth every penny! I will definitely come back!

Celebrated my son’s 16th birthday here last night and had an incredible experience. My son told me he felt special and that’s all I needed to hear. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel special on his birthday and the food was amazing. We would definitely return in the future.

This was a surprise dinner for my fiancé and our very 1st time here. The ambiance was great. It was a bit busy so it was more noisy than I expected but we enjoyed our dinner. I do like how they put his name on the menu at my request. The food was prepared exactly how we asked. My fiancé loved the au gratin potatoes & my lobster tail was perfect. & my lemon drop was really good especially being my first time trying one (I’m a margarita girly). The overall experience was beautiful and what I was going for, for his surprise birthday dinner just wish it wasn’t as busy so it could’ve been a little more quiet and intimate but we both loved it and will return. I would recommend either arriving 15-20 minutes early for parking if you want to be right outside of the restaurant or just valet.

I ordered the lobster ravioli appetizer which was delicious, my Caesar’s salad was supposed to come next, then my miso sea bass. However, my entree came before I was done with my appetizer & before my salad even came.

Very nice place to dine. Food was good and staff was welcoming. I liked that we were able to capture our Morton experience by receiving a personalized photo of my family. And a personalized menu for the birthday girl.

Our service was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful. I felt the music was a bit loud, and my Cajun ribeye was cooked too well. I asked for a medium w a pink center. I was offered to make it right, but declined. We were given a dessert on the house.

Great meal, highly recommend sitting in the bar! Delicious food and drinks all around with excellent service. There’s a reason, despite all of the nearby competition, that Morton’s remains my go-to steakhouse.

Food was good, waitress did not follow through with our order, we were shorted a lobster tail, we only received one of the two desserts ordered...this was my experience and certainly doesn't speak to everyone who has patroned Morton's, however we will not be returning do to the lack of attention as it was just my wife and I, not a big party...all the best

We had a wonderful experience at Morton’s last night. Brian was a wonderful waiter and took really good care of us. He paid attention to all details. The food was fantastic. The steaks were cooked to perfection. We really appreciate Morton’s treating us so well. Especially with making sure we get our favorite table every time.
