Our server was great. We knew what we wanted before we even walked in, to enjoy a nice steak dinner with our 7month old, and celebrate Mother’s Day. We came in, were seated early, ordered our food all at once, ate, paid, then left. Very simple and the service was perfect. Thank you for a phenomenal Mother’s Day meal.

Visited the restaurant to celebrate Mother’s Day. We had come here on the same day, some 10 years ago. That experience was memorable as we had a waiter that made us feel at home. I will not complain about the restaurant being expensive as we already knew that. What was missing is the type of service that made you feel at home. We were served by a waiter that was smiling but was not interested in in explaining the menu or grasp what we were looking for: making mom feel special. To add to this disappointment, a few things that made you feel that they were just interested in getting every last possible dollar from you: they charged $6 to put one small scoop of butter on top of the steak, they charged something like $9 to dress your baked potato, they asked for a tip for the valet attendant… and why does a classy and expensive restaurant charge you for parking? Not in good taste. I guess I’m a little finicky but I do like establishments that treat me like I’m a valued customer. The food was good by the way but not memorable. I liked the house salad.

Very bad experience to be a Morton’s specially on mothers day, all steaks were over cooked and we just complain about 1out of 4 and they did not take it well Flavor was so so.. not coming back we are locals down here.. much better options around

Great service 2 steaks were slightly overcooked which has never happened in the past. Other than that everything was amazing.

Top notch food, excellent service BUT So incredibly loud!!! OMG my ears were literally ringing from the amplification of everyone trying to talk louder! Almost unbearable the literal shouting of inebriated “conventioneers” really ruined everybody else’s “special” occasion that WE payed for and not on the company dime! Never again! And if your wanting a nice civilized , respectful of other people experience , DONT GO HERE! It’s not remotely romantic etc.

The wife and i celebrated our 40th anniversary here at Mortons, Mortons is our favorite restaurant. The food is always cooked to perfection, juicy and tasty. Our server Candice, who was over the top with her smile, her knowledge of the menus and her tenacious service. We had steaks, lobster and a salad. Oh and that crispy onion bread served hot with soft butter. Yum. Have to give Josh a shout out one of the best assistant managers I’ve ever met, always making sure our food and service was Mortons best. Manager Samatha and server Crispy also made our day complete. What a great dinner for our anniversary.

Food was so-so,ambience is outdated and the whole restaurant has deferred maintenance. Steaks were ordinary, i should have cooked better steaks at home

Corey our waiter was great! From the bread and butter, filet and mashed potatoes, truffle fries …and my birthday dessert it was all yummy! My family and I enjoyed my birthday dinner!

Food was delicious except for the Brussels sprouts, it was just blah…we always order the Brussels sprouts from other places so was expecting them to be good. Service was great too!

Our server was incredible and beyond ! But it took us 15-20 min to get water , our glasses smelled really bad and they had to change them once they were served . Also our table was messy with a lot of menus while getting appetizers.

Loved it. Food was perfection. Service was great. Our kids enjoyed it There was no designated kids menu but they offered great options for the kids. Great seafood options and steak was fantastic.

It was a busy night with the Billy Joel / Sting concert. We went for my better half’s birthday and had a great time. It was sooo loud, but we managed through it. Service is always amazing. Food is solid.

We had the best experience and the best time. Our waiter was amazing. Morton’s is never a disappointment, always consistent with the quality of food and their service. Very hard to find now a days.

Good food. Service was a little bit wanting; the steak sauce was forgotten till I reminded the waiter, and then I got an extra one. Spinach and mushroom side dish was salty. Filet steak was nicely done.

Salad was great, delivered steaks in the middle of eating salad and asked if I could wait until I was finished with salad. When they brought the ribeye it was not great -like I’ve had in the past at Morton’s.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with our waiter. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but he was just so unpleasant. Ruined our dinner and had us just wanting to be gone from the establishment by the end. Filet mignon was the saving grace and only reason for the 2nd star.

Overall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious. We have been dining out at multiple steakhouses. We came to celebrate my partners birthday, normally they offer a free dessert for the celebration. I was a little bummed when the server charged us for the dessert. Besides that all the steaks and sides were incredible .

We loved the place, they have such a great customer service, very friendly. Took my wife for date night and they gave us some nice menu’s with a special note I requested and that was a very surprising and special to my wife! The only issue we had is that we both ordered steaks and we both ask for medium and with a special sauce, her steak was well done and no sauce even tho she wanted one (they charge us for the sauce) and mine was almost well done and came with some totally different sauce i wanted garlic one and it came with some spicy one. We did told our server that it wasn’t what we wanted and it was just a I’m sorry I’ll bring you some garlic sauce on the side. Wife eat her well done steak and I eat some of mine. For bean a steak house this is not a good experience at all.
